Bar is very small and closes very early, the gym is not really a gym, no food options after breakfast.

Big rooms, very clean, peaceful, helpful staff, location is not bad if you don't mind getting public transport.

The second time we went here, we noticed the breakfast was a bit less than last time: not refilled in time, tables not cleaned up or ready,.. It was also more crowded so they could explain.

It's the second time we've stayed here. We like the location since this is for us a night stop for our road trip. It's quiet, rooms are good, breakfast is good, staff is friendly and they have an underground parking at the hotel.

The location seems calm, yet there is a shopping center nearby. It takes a bit of time to get to the center and we were unlucky that some of the bus stops were moved or even closed at that time. Only the appearance of the hotel is a little outdated in design, but it the room was comfortable and perfectly clean!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. A little conservative interior design, but there was everything needed for a comfortable night's stay and one could spend more nights there. The room had its own kettle and fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub, excellent lighting and was perfectly clean (as well as the rest of the room). Breakfast was rich and tasty (it was excellent). Meals were continuously replenished.

The breakfast seem to take a while to replenish the food when it ran out, no matter what time we ate. It was as though the staff couldn’t refill the food trolleys quick enough.

Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Family room was suitable for us and that there were 2 double beds. Breakfast was available for meat lovers as well as vegetarians. Fresh orange juice was easily DIY by a hand squeezer.

Very nice hotel to stay in while visiting Vienna. Underground parking. 10 minutes walk to the public transport. I recommend trams - about 20 minutes to get to the center. Hotel was very clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

The bathtub had a problem, we had to call reception so they brought a tool to take out the bathtub stopper. I also didn't like that one of the keys (card) was taken out of the room after the cleaning.

Honestly, the location is a bit far away from the city center, the closest station to take public transport is a bus station. Can't be reached by tram or metro
