A 20 mins walk to the Schönbrunn palace. You can get to central area by u3 line within 30 minutes. It's a good location for a leisure time. And the stuffs here are very helpful.

We booked for three people, but bedding or towels wasn't provided for the third person. Surprisingly the couch wasn't convertible into a bed, but still comfortable to sleep in. Overall, it's suitable for a one-night stay (if more than 2). The room could get noise from the reception kitchen and outside, although it did quiet down at night.

Checking in and out was easy. The room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to tram stops, ensuring easy access.

No daily room cleaning. I did nor get the tea cups washed, nor the tea bags renewed. When I asked the day after, they told me I should have asked for it.

no parking place around. you have to leave your car in a nearby garaga which is tiresome and expensive, you cannot even park in front of the hotel more than 2 hours on weekdays. on the other hand, this parking was not taken seriously very much by parking guards or something, we haven't seen anybody to check the parking tickets, but still, it is a problem.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the whole atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, no fuss and very youthful. we can recommend especially for young people, or families.

There was no hot water in the morning- It might have just been a coincidence. Poorly solved air conditioning- window has to be open for hot air from AC to go out of the room.

They dont offer breakfast, problematic parking on the street(full). Nowhere to hang your clothes in bathroom. No cooking allowed, only ready food.

The bathroom was not finished, the room had no lamp on ceiling and the trash can from bathroom was not empty. Except that, everything was wonderful

Everything was fine and nice, we can enter in the room when we arrived, even was sooner than the opening hour. The people were fine and they recommend us a very good restaurant in the neighborhood. The interior was wonderful and clean and was all very nice.

There was not wifi connetion in our room at all. There was not an elevator, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the third floor.

The room is stunning, it's a mix of classy, modern and comfortable, it's very spacious with great details and finishing touches, my girls and i loved it!! And currently planning to visit in the future. The location is great, take advantage of it to move downtown and enjoy the scenery, galleries, a few local shops, restaurants and tourist points. The staff are kind, pacient, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend! love from Mozambique!!!
