It was overall a good hotel, in a convenient location. The room was very clean and the view was excellent.

Windows were not very well noise-insulated, so I woke up from the morning traffic.

The location was very good for me, some tram- and bus-stops nearby. The hotel has the flair of an old mansion, lacking a bit the modern technologies of other hotels I stayed in (e.g. regular room key instead of keycard), but has a charme of the turn of the century to it. Overall a nice experience. Staff was very friendly.

A little bit too old, but classic hotel. Really not bad for the value. Was very clean. Just old.

Location is not that close but with good with transportation. Staff was very cordial and nice. I liked the fridge at the entrance at the check-in.

The style of the hotel is fantastic. Very helpful and polite staff. Clean big rooms with strong wifi. Metro station nearby (around 10min.by feet) with restaurants and bars in close distance. Quality breakfast with variety.

I personally found the beds to be perfectly fine and I slept well, but the beds are not deep memory foam-type mattresses for anyone who cares about a very-high quality sleep!

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff on hand to organise the breakfast buffets were very friendly and very helpful. Bedrooms were incredibly spacious, and clean too. The stained glass windows throughout the hotel were amazing. Easy to get in and out of the hotel at any hour. Location was good - away from the crowded centre, but close enough walking to all the main attractions. Lovely old-school building and interior decor.

Bit expensive. Bathroom was very small even in the suite booked for 4 people, but manageable. Minor improvements needed in the bathroom and sliding door of the bath.

Excellent coordination with the hotel staff, especially Mr. Hans from the reception. He did early checkin at 10am for both of our rooms. Great breakfast. Vintage decor. City center location - tram at just 2 min walk

I really didn’t like the lack of a kettle in the room - you have to go down to the reception to get boiling water. It's not that it's a problem - it's just inconvenient. The floor is creaky, but I make allowances for the authenticity of the building, you can turn a blind eye to this

The location is within walking distance from the center. An authentic old building that allows you to immerse yourself in the vibe of the city. Very friendly staff. The room is small, but quite cozy, and it is not needed - you will still spend most of your time not in the room, but in the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here.

The room itself wasn't very clean. The floor was extremely noisy The room had the window towards the main street and it was a bit noisy.

Wifi bad, had signal but internet was not working, had to use my phone hotspot. Squeeky noisy wooden floor.

The WiFi was very patchy and weak and the rooms could have been slightly cleaner (floor).

A nice, no-nonsense hotel, only a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. Comfortable beds, easy access.
