Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyThe window insulation is not amazing, so you could hear noise from the street. WiFi is also not reliable. There are no complimentary coffee or tea, usually that's a nice welcoming ouch.
The facilities were good, location is 20 mins from the center, public transport is 5mins away.

HungaryThe garage is a maze and there are very misleading signs how to get to the hotel from the parking lot. The stairs in the garage was really dirty too. The walls are quite thin the aisle was very loud in the morning.
The hotel location is very good, and the staff was also very friendly. The parking was relatively cheap for a day.

IrelandIt’s a bit of a stretch to describe this as a four star hotel. It does not have the amenities, furnishings or decor of standard four star hotel. It is quite functional and has a slight industrial feel. The corridors and stairwells were a tad shabby. But location is excellent.
Good location, convenient to the Westbahnhof and Inner Stadt. Very good breakfast. Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Perfectly functional.

KosovoI didn't like one of the employees at the breakfast area that came to me . He came with the guestlist and started talking very loudly saying that our reservation doesn't include breakfast . It was very loudly and I felt very unconfortable making that sceen and other people watching . I showed him my reservation by booking app and he insisted on it s own . Than he went to reception to double check it and came again and said it was ok and said sorry . Such things happens and it is not a big deal , I only didn't like the aproach form at me . Second one was that the hotel couldn't prepear our breakfast to go because we had to leave at 4:30 morning . They said at reception they don't have the keys of the breakfast area or kitchen .
The place was near the metro . Very easy to treavel around . The breakfsst was good and fresh with alot of choices .

GermanyThe only small thing that was not "great" is the hallways and the path from the parkhaus. They look older and darker. They are not inviting and gave a false impression of the hotel before being positivly supprised by the staff and the rest. I am guessing they are in the process of renovation and just have not got to that part yet. Also it would be nice if Hotel guests revieved a cheaper parking rate. 18€ a day is "ok" for Vienna, but it would be nice if it were cheaper for hotel guests.
The room was big and the windows even had Rolladen/Shutters to block the light. The Breakfast was very good. The area is located right next to a mall in a area that seems to be in the process of gentrification. The hotel is located near a Bus/Metro station, but we used Ubers the entire trip. The staff was very friendly! We would stay here again.

Czech RepublicWhen we arrived at the hotel, we got a room with a dirty bathroom. Then I got a new room and .... again with a dirty bathroom. But Our room was cleaned right away. We absolutely did not understand the system of garages and the entrance from the garage to the hotel. It was a bit unpleasant. From each parking floor you can´t get directly to the reception. When you have a dog and suitcases and you have to search for a hotel through the floors of a mall..it's a bit inconvenient. On Friday was near by our entrence to the rooms /on the stairs / some homelles :( We had a room on the 4th floor under the roof and even though it is written here that the room it has air conditioning, so we didn't find it here. One day of our stay was really warm. The room had really small windows. Thank you , but we will probably choose another hotel next time.
