Breakfast was brilliant, biggest selection I've had whilst staying at a hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting into the city centre. Having the bar on site was a huge bonus, and the room had everything we could need.

The hotel room was looking about outdated. It definitely needs some refurbishing to give it a more clean/modern look.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is nearby the train station, metro and tram.

Very handy for the Stadthalle concert venue, which was the reason for staying there. Otherwise, it is a very typical Vienna hotel.

One bedroom was cold and it was impossible to heat it nor with A/C.

Quiet family room, terrace with inner view, separate bedrooms, perfect breakfast (also hot meals like scrambled eggs, sousages, bacon), close to metro and trams.

Room was cold a bit. Especially floor. Even though the heating was on. Didnt like the pillow. Was super soft.

Location was very good. A few mins to tram amd bus stations. 10mins to westbahnhof and mariahilfer street. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. We were with a baby. Felt comfortable at room. Crib was provided. Room was quite large and clean. Towels changed everyday.

A kettle in every room would be greatly appreciated. If you want tea or coffee at odd times, it's a nuisance to go down or out of the hotel every time.

The location for us was superb- close to the Stadthalle and Westbahnhof. The staff were very helpful. We stayed at the hotel twice with a gap of 5 days and they kindly stores our luggage for us free of charge. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean and with good facilities.

Location is perfect if you are going to an event at Wien Statdhalle- its just about 200 meters from the hotel. Perfect public transport connection. Wide and tasty choice of breakfast, nice and big family rooms.

I expected a bit more quality for breakfast.

We arrived for a concert and the location was perfect. 5 min walk to the arena. Also, the parking was convenient. Next to the hotel there is a big shopping mall with a lot of possibilities.

The room could have more mirrors, 4 women and only one mirror was not easy :)

This time on the halloween night there were few apparently drunk groups outside yelling outloud which was really annoying but this was really one time event. If you really want quiet room choose the ones facing inside not streetwise.

I'm already regular here so nothing to add to my previous reviews all was great as always.

The sound isolation wasn't very good, so we could here doors closing outside our bedroom. The location is not that close to the city center. We booked a room with a queen bed and got instead two single beds together. We got informed by the hotel before hand and were told to upgrade if we wanted a joint bed. So we tried, but it wasn't possible to do the upgrade through booking.com, so we contacted the hotel directly and they said they would do it during the check in. And during the check in they said they didn't have those rooms available. So it's a bit annoying.

The breakfast was very good and had several options to choose from. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice. The decorations on the hotel were super nice, full of musical puns.
