the room was not cleaned properly on the second day (coffee refill was also missing), the upgrade and +1 day booking was somewhat troubleful had to talk to at least 3 people about the matter and it took a bit long to find the solution, my wife got food poisoning on the last day (we don't know if it is related to the breakfast or not), and at last the TV which is not wifi connected, not possible to use it for chromecast, I think that thesedays this should be a minimum

- No flexibility regarding bed setup - we requested toswitch from two single beds to one double with a topper or just join them with a bed sheet. It was rejected. Also no room switch possible. Not really nice. - Payment and personal information during check-in. When you are checking in at 11 PM and need to fill out a survey with personal questions (sorry - you have those information in booking or can ask for that in advance) and also pay directly - it could be done better. Why not pay for everything during checkout (additional services and hotel payment)?

Room was small, not really renovated, but good enough to use the word "comfortable". Breakfast on the other had was very good and staff friendly. Location is perfect close to trams and city center.

Location is good right next to a large shopping centre and commuter train and tram stations. Value for your money. This hotel is a great option for a business travellers with smaller budget. The rooms are clean, quiet and other hotel facilities are well kept.

I was in Vienna a few years ago, I would say this kind of room would be paid 1/3 of the current price.

Location! Also, there is parking garage next to the hotel, which is a great thing.

The window insulation is not amazing, so you could hear noise from the street. WiFi is also not reliable. There are no complimentary coffee or tea, usually that's a nice welcoming ouch.

The facilities were good, location is 20 mins from the center, public transport is 5mins away.

The garage is a maze and there are very misleading signs how to get to the hotel from the parking lot. The stairs in the garage was really dirty too. The walls are quite thin the aisle was very loud in the morning.

The hotel location is very good, and the staff was also very friendly. The parking was relatively cheap for a day.

It’s a bit of a stretch to describe this as a four star hotel. It does not have the amenities, furnishings or decor of standard four star hotel. It is quite functional and has a slight industrial feel. The corridors and stairwells were a tad shabby. But location is excellent.

Good location, convenient to the Westbahnhof and Inner Stadt. Very good breakfast. Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Perfectly functional.

I didn't like one of the employees at the breakfast area that came to me . He came with the guestlist and started talking very loudly saying that our reservation doesn't include breakfast . It was very loudly and I felt very unconfortable making that sceen and other people watching . I showed him my reservation by booking app and he insisted on it s own . Than he went to reception to double check it and came again and said it was ok and said sorry . Such things happens and it is not a big deal , I only didn't like the aproach form at me . Second one was that the hotel couldn't prepear our breakfast to go because we had to leave at 4:30 morning . They said at reception they don't have the keys of the breakfast area or kitchen .

The place was near the metro . Very easy to treavel around . The breakfsst was good and fresh with alot of choices .

The only small thing that was not "great" is the hallways and the path from the parkhaus. They look older and darker. They are not inviting and gave a false impression of the hotel before being positivly supprised by the staff and the rest. I am guessing they are in the process of renovation and just have not got to that part yet. Also it would be nice if Hotel guests revieved a cheaper parking rate. 18€ a day is "ok" for Vienna, but it would be nice if it were cheaper for hotel guests.

The room was big and the windows even had Rolladen/Shutters to block the light. The Breakfast was very good. The area is located right next to a mall in a area that seems to be in the process of gentrification. The hotel is located near a Bus/Metro station, but we used Ubers the entire trip. The staff was very friendly! We would stay here again.

A hotel with a great musical atmosphere. Breakfast in the making. Evening sitting in the lobby. We visited it for the second time. Great location if going to the Stadthalle for a concert.
