Good location. A few minutes walk to Schonbrunn palace and great connections to train, tram and buses to got to the inner city. Quiet and peaceful area. Overall a great place to stay. Ahmed made our stay better by giving us a great upgrade for our anniversary, with a beautiful balcony

The breakfast was acceptable (few fruits, few pastries), but the room facilities were still below expectations considering the price paid (e.g. lack of slippers, lack of hygiene products, lack of shoe accessories, access to streaming TV applications - Netflix, translation of programs in other languages, other than English, etc.) When the hotel was under the Radisson Blue brand, the price/quality ratio was much better, and these small accessories were not missing.

Well, only think that disturb me just a little bit was the room personnel, that bang the doors early in the morning. They probably have a reason to do so, but……that was the only and very minor negative thing.

I’am a modest person, so in my standards this hotel was great place to stay.

A lil outside the city center

The room facing the street was not well soundproofed and you could hear cars passing by the hotel. The air conditioning/heating in the room could not be turned on, it did not work. We requested a room change and got a new one with a window facing the enclosed atrium. Here it was quiet and the air conditioning worked properly. Breakfast was rather average.

Hilton offered an upgrade with Balcony and Schönbrunn palace view. That was not the case. We got a balcony which lookd into the inner courtyard of the hotel. That was not nice.

The hotel and room ambience was extremely nice and cozy. We almost felt like we are at our own home.

Everything was perfect. The room is so nice and clean. We sleep perfect. The garage is on -1. The staff is amazing. The real professionals, we feel like at home. Next time we want back in this Hotel.

Late check-in. Staff want me to pay already paid booking during check-in in and again during check-out. When I asked what is difference between King room and Deluxe king room, I recieved answer that there is not big difference(just coffee machine). I said that we don't have coffee and staff spoke about instant coffee option. I am okay with instant coffee(in common) but why pay more for Deluxe.

The area in front of the hotel bar - was quite dirty - plenty of cigarette residuals where lying arround - that doesn't fit to the overall character of the hotel.

Breakfast not that good, as expected. Room facing the lobby was quite noisy within the busy check-in times.

Very nice location, kind staff, very good interaction even with our baby. I can say, that it is a baby friendly location - all the equipment/service we needed was provided to us. Room very nice and spacious.
