The air extractor in the bathroom was working all the time and while during the day is not a problem, by the night woke me up a couple times

Perfect location, fast easy check in and check out. Super dark and quiet rooms for getting over jet lag. This was the perfect room for our needs. The family room with bunk beds was great for our family of 4.

There was a silent but lound-enough-to-kinda-bother-you noise coming from the AC even though we turned it off at night - apart from that everything was perfect!

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, modern & clean bathrooms. Easy walking distance to the main train station and Belvedere castle, the tram to the city center is <5min away and we even walked to the city center which was quite nice and not too far (40min to the Ring maybe?). Staff was helpful and nice, the windows were soundproof (we didn't hear one single noise from the outside except on NYE but I mean, come on). All in all: highly recommended, just as we've always experienced with B&B :)

Room is comfortable, we could rest very well after a long day travelling from Brazil. The hotel is located few minutes walking from the Vienna main train station, thus it was very valuable to us to stay one night at the hotel. Fair price compared to other options in the area.

There was no kettle and tea set in the room, no fridge to store food. There were no slippers. Mattress is average.

The breakfast was diverse and good quality, the room was standard, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Access to public transport via metro (10 min walk) and tram(2 min walk) was easy.

We wished there was a fridge in the room, we bought some snack and didn’t know where to put them.

The property location is very accessible, its is very close the main train station and a street tram is only 3 min away walking as well. Also the room was very clean.

Hotel is clean, near railway and U-bahn. Breakfast was good, maybe they should add non gluten bread and milk products for lactose intolerant guests. Big plus was, that we had to leave hotel at 7.30 and they adjusted time and prepared breakfast half hour earlier for two of us. Thanks

Near Wien Hbf, so very convenient to stay overnight if you're travelling by train. There are also bus and tram stops nearby - you can easily go wherever you want to in the city. The area around the hotel was quiet, so it is easy to get a good night's sleep.

The location was about 15 min from the subway. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great! I would definitely come back here for a stay in Vienna. It is not too close to the center but I saw it as a plus since I could enjoy the city and the quiet neighborhood. Also metro is near so you can be in the center in about 6mins which is perfect. The staff is amazing, very helpful and always in a good mood.

The location is only good for taking the train OBB or metro. To walk around the main touristics place is not a good place to stay, especially in the winter, it is very far from Opera, museums and etc. The hotel doesn't have any service if you arrive by night and there's nothing opened in the area to eat.

The beds were comfortable, and there was no noise to sleep.

I find the PIN system for keys inconvenient. It's easy to forget and lose.

The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.
