Poor network, roof windows were not easy for opening, especially in the mid. of the night if everybody sleep and you need fresh air, coffees were prepared at reception desk by receptionist. Self sering with suger and spoon…( what is not hygienic).

Easy to find, kind staff, hotel garage available on request, green eco products in the bathrooms ( paper glasses, liquid soap, enough towels, clean room. U6 metro line wasn’t far away (few minutes), You can reach Schenbron park walk ( cca 10-15 min).

When we first entered the room the air was somewhat stale but it got better once we opened the windows. It was just the beginning of march but it was pretty warm outside during the day (27-28 C) and we couldn't control the air conditioner - we could just turn it on or off in air circulation mode on lowest fan speed and without the ability control the temperature (it said it was centrally controlled) so during the night the air in the room got stale and it was a bit too warm. Also, the hotel has a parking garage for the guests but they charge 39 € a day which I think is outrageous.

Our unit was nicely sunlit, spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The lobby is big and nice and offers vending machines with reasonable prices and a lot of space to socialize or enjoy your meal or a drink. Also, the check-out time is till 12:00 which is great for those that like to sleep a bit longer in the morning and don't like to rush :)

The hotel is not very close to the city centre but there are appropriate options to use public transport. Very close to the hotel, just on the other side of the street is a tramway station and bus station with direct way to the city centre. The + of the hotel is that there is a garage. It costs 10 € per night. The cleaners was at a very high level. I like very much the option each guest separate itself the garbage. Just on the left side of the reception desk there is a separation for glass, plastic and paper. Our room was for four people. It was small. There are not enough space to put your goods. There are not shelves, no wardrobe. We have one small table with two /2/ chairs. For 4 people -2 chairs. We have not use the breakfast at the hotel. It costs 12.90 € per person. So, Bea cause of this each morning I’ve paid for the coffee. But when there are young ladies at the reception desk the coffee costs 2.30€. If there is a man which looks like a manager, the coffee costs 1.90 €.

The location is quite far from the center, but there are good connections with public transport. The garage needs to be open with a pin you get from the automatic checkin, it took us about 15 min to be able to make it work because we kept putting the pin and the garage wouldn’t open, maybe it needed some time to process the checkin.

The rooms are clean, big and cozy. The stay was very pleasant and child friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and worth paying extra for it.

There was a strange smell in the hallway during our stay.

The location is OK, close to Schonbrunn palace, the tram station is across the street so you can get to the city center in approx. 30 min. Underground parking was available on-site (10 euros/day). Breakfast was good ( approx. 10 euros/person).

Breakfast was small, but for this price is acceptable. The biggest problem was the trouble was check-in machine, that doesn’t work correctly and payment transactions are transferred from one machine to another, so one guests paid for another ones who were proceeded with check-in at the same time in the machine that is next to. Please repair it.

Enough big family room, that is hardly possible to find in most of the hotels. Easy direction from the highway for car travelers. Room was clean, beds are comfortable.

I liked everything! I dont have anything to say that I didnt like.

It looked fantastic, it was clean, the people that work there were so friendly and open with us, it has a parking place with 10-12€/day(really good price) and the breakfast in the morning was so good.

It would be nice to have a wake up call and have a chance to use an iron. Also, the bathroom light would leave a buzzing sound even after switching off. The sound would stop after some time, but it's good to have earplugs just in case

Good amenities for a short stay. The place was very clean. The location is next to a busy street but you cannot hear any traffic or noise inside. Very close to catch a metro or a city shuttle. Good heating. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The location is a bit further away, it will take you good 25 minutes by taxi. Public transport would take much longer. The check-in system is supposed to be fully automated, but it doesn’t really work very well, it failed without giving a good reason, and then I had to wait a long line in reception anyway, because there was a single receptionist handling a lot of people. You won’t be able to drive into the garage before checking in, which is kind of opposite of every other hotel in the world.

Very nice, simple, and perfectly clean accommodation. Large family room for 4, those are a bit difficult to find. You can buy drinks and snacks from a machine downstairs even in the middle of the night.
