Location is not very clear and the check in is not explained way in advance. We had luggages so we were walking up and down the street as we had to check in from another building then go to our rooms in the other building. There are no kitchen stuff at all. Not even a kettle. Room was really tiny and very very dusty. The hot water was not working aswell. Its cheap so i guess you get what you pay for

There was no utencils to be use when cooking. If you request, needed to pay for the kitchen utencils. The pillows and blanket are thin and old cannot sleep.confortably.

There was water leaking on the bathroom floor. They sent a maintenance guy to fix it, but he could not do that, the leak stays. We decided just to leave with that. Worst of all, aftrer we left they charged us 200 euro for "smoking in the room", which is total nonsense. Neither I nor my wife never smoked in the whole life. I am still trying to get that wrongful charge reversed.

The room is sufficiently large, has 4 chairs and a table. There is a microwave and a fridge. Many power outlets, that is convenient. WiFi was good. Adequate heating.

There is no person present on reception desk, there is no facility to cook something,you can only warm your prepared food in microwave and kettle was also available. I don't know if construction work is still going on besides the building if yes then at 7am they start working and after that you cannot sleep

The appartment was a smelly wet hole with a wet wall just next to the bed. It was located in the ground floor. We had to keep the windows open all time because of the smell so we also “enjoyed” noise from the street and drunk people claping on the window. Bathroom smelled after cigarette smoke and mould. The price was fine but not worth this very low quaolity accomodation. No wifi password was provided

The advertiser did not comply with the Boookig com advertisment terms and conditions. He charged 100 instead of 50 euros deposit. The deposit was charged immediately upon booking and not upon the arrival of the guests, and it was returned several days late. There was only 1 plate for 3 people, and other dishes were missing. It wasn't a closet at all, just shelves. The corridors are dirty and dark. Not recommended.

There was no fan in the room there was a AC unit but there was no remote it was a nightmare to get into the property. The room was in bad shape the host had mentioned there is a kitchenette but there were no cups no glasses and electric kettle was missing the only was to communicate with the host was through Whatsapp. The host never replied to the messages. This is a bad reputation for booking.com These type of hosts are not even accepted by Airbnb. Very poor communication from the host. When I was checking in there was a Russian lady who was struggling to check in because she never knew English and she never understood the procedure of check-in

The person in-charge doesn't respond quickly if the timing is not around 3PM. The wifi only works at the door of the apartment. He was only reachable by whatsup message. He doesn't reply on phone nor whatsup call.

There was no telephone contact with the personel, no body was responding. It was difficult to locate the apartment. There was no parking place, we where driving for an hour to find one. There is no reception with some one to talk, there was only one big touchscreen where we got instructions. The apartament was dirty, we werent sure if the bed linen was clean. The curtains where horrible, never ever washed. I ordered an apartment with three bedrooms and i got only with two. When i wrote to them they said they gave me other apartment because i didnt like the one with three bedrooms(didnt even saw it). Now when think about it im glad i didnt got the three room apartment if it was worst. And last thing, its about a month and i still didnt get refund of the deposit. They have wrote a number of the refund but so what? The apartment is one of the cheapest, but not worth its money. And better just call it a flat because to the apartment is half way there...

The ,,apartament,, was quite close to every attraction on Vien.

The check-in process is very uncomfortable. Online check-in was offered in several emails from the accommodation, but I was not able to do it with the provided access data. The on-site check-in is in another building and although the pc-check-in was assisted, it took a long time, so we waited about half an hour for the 2 people ahead of us. There were a few pots in the kitchen, but no cooker.

The pathway of the building from the entrance to the room, it was dirty and creapy. They didn't help you with anything and give small attention to you. The checkin is also hard because you do it talking to a computer and there's only one computer for all guests so it could take long. I didn't like how I was treated in this booking.
