Firstly we were with baby, they didn’t want to check in us earlier than 3pm, they didn’t have an elevator, so we needed to take the baby car in hands, also we couldn’t enter the apartment because the door lock wasn’t working. The apartment had cod webs and dust everywhere. Also the heat was not working and we stayed 4 hours in cold.The worst part of this is that the host didn’t reply on our messages, and the booking couldn’t do anything for us. The most terrible experience.

I did not like any things because I come I find the apartment Not clean I asked them to clean it but they did not it was a lot of spiders 🕸️🕷️🕸️🕷️ and my children scared and we take other apartment and no body there to take with or to ask for something really I love Austin and first time to happen with me like this ,, and The smell is not good because of Rot 😤

No heating at all so basically was so cold also the shower was awful no kitchen and no cleaning at all basically was horrible and I have to mention the check in process which was ridiculous. There is no reception at all and the monitor of the check in was broken down so we waited 5 hours just to check in . I not recommend this apartment!!

If there was a rating below 0 for customer service, I would use it. If an issue arise, nobody will answer your calls, you meet a dirty screen upon arrival where you are obliged to type your data while someone types on it to give you instructions (totally dystopian experience). Once done you need to go at other street number where you have to type in codes that were given to you... on the screen (take a pic unless you have a very good memory). The "studio" (rather the room) is not very clean, no electricity in the bathroom, no amenity, there is a sort of kitchen with a few plates, glasses and and cutlery (forget cooking anything in there). Also, they take a deposit which is not clearly indicated in the ad (which they refund later). I am not a really demanding person when it comes to accommodation but this really does not pass the standard.

The apartment number 30 has laminate floor in the bathroom. There are possible signs of water damage in the structures and there is a window to the stairwell from the bedroom and the front door seems to be an old living door glass door which would be unfortuantely too easy to break through. Our group started have severe symptoms from mold in this apartment.

1. We were charged an extra $100. USD more than agreed upon. No a/c. No tv. Noisy as hell. No one in person. Only a computer a block away from the room. I don't usually rate rooms but I had to warn everyone. STAY AWAY from this one.

Fake information about the building(In Website nice picture of apartment, but in real different/ugly and dirty building and room, most annoying part is no proper instruction about opening the main building door and room door,,, Normally Apart hotel provides room key/code immediately after payment but this one didn't,,, They gave us wrong address , wrong building, We went to the building that was given ti us but it wasn't the real building,, we found out once we reached there,,, then we had to drag our luggage and kids to that ugly building,, it was real and upsetting cheat we and other lots of people had to bear on that night,, I'm sure they do that every day and night , because we heard when we were sleeping at lots of people were knocking on main door and trying to open at night as they also struggle to open the door like us.. There was nobody to help them too... and it last more then 2 hours to open door for every person. I was with kids at night struggling to open main door of building and room door, nobody is there to help,, They don't answer the phone nither help... You feel like helpless after paying money,,, Room is very dirty and unhygenic, no toilet paper, water kettle , water glass no utelsils,,nothing,, kitchen is there only for show piece, nothing works,, and it's so dirty, . MY KIDS didn't want to use toilet as it was so dirty,, bedding was dirty too, got allergy other day,, ITS look like zipsy or criminals operating gang operating those business,, they don't care anything,,,

Bad don’t come to this apartment is dirty, Now one can help you, when you will arrive there you will take a-lot of time to check in less row hours , No body on the reception you have to check in your self online after that they will give approved to check in , How you will contact to them ! Think about that Im laughing  it’s crazy email and messages . The are No air condition . Also everything single thing on this property dirty nothing clean. I see craps splatter on mattresses ، bad smell on the bed you will see alot heir for other people every wher , run away , believe me nothing good on this place , I bought New mattresses  with though I can’t sleep. Also the shower is broken I ask who’s responsible on this place  by the phone message  he said you can take a shower it good just the stand is broken! .Realy come to fixed man ! Dirty dirty dirty run away .spend your many on good thing.

We booked for 3 days worst apartment ever sheets not changed rubbish was all over floor from previous people..showed air con in picture there were not on asked why been tood do not give air con on booking.com...told them we will pay extra we need it as it was boiling .... we dont have air con but they were on the wall new ones.... towels were used as a mop and left there as if they were replaced all bedsheets had marks on was just really bad very very bad do not book.

Stay away if you can, AC disconnected and not available when more than 30 degrees inside unless you love sauna when sleeping. Dirty linen with hair of a previous guest. It is was not cleaned before arrival. Bugs under the bed. Broken hairdryer with risk of fire. Check-in takes around 25 min -real hassle.

Second time there. Check in was easier than first time, but I just did everything fine in online form. Very good prize to quality ratio and upon choosing you need to be aware of that. I am glad that I stayed there.

i paid €70.50, which turned out it's not a hotel or studio flat but its a hostel with 5 single bed, the office was in different address and the hotel another, the hostel not convenient for us after spending more than half an hour figuring out how to climb 2 floor and opening the door with broken digital locks, i phoned the host more than 10 times they don't answer i texted with no reply we stranded at the middle of night without any help when finally we managed to open the door i was thinking this is a wrong property because we never booked a hostel! and we were keep waiting for other guests to arrive! but we have no alternative so we stay anyway i couldn't sleep, i couldn't use the broken shower there where no even a kettle for a tee!

i can't find a single point i liked about this property, i just can't think of.
