The hotel is very clean and it has a great location near the lift and Saalbach center. My room has amazing mountain view. Sauna in the hotel allows to relax and recover after skiing. The staff is really friendly. Highly recommended

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The property is clean, not too far from the village high street. The food is really good. The dinner was a buffet, had lots of choices and everything tasted good. The same was for breakfast.

Good spot for a bike trip in Saalbach Bike-Park For late check out they have sauna downstairs where you can take a shower for 5€ / person. Decent option.

In room 207 one of the beds was not so comfy. and the pillows have seen better days. The shower is not suitazble for an overweight person. Was a challenge to get in and out of shower door. But would be perferct otherwise.

Great hotel! Breakfast excellent. Good choice for all tastes! very fresh and tasty. All Staff polite welcoming and nice. perfect location. Big room with balcony.close to village centre and the cable cars. But still quiet. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away . very convenient hotel

Reception is closed between 10am and 16pm. Very bad and expensive restaurant, also it opens only a few days a week. They destroyed the kids playground and added a parking lot instead and started to charge for parking.

Breakfast is great, location is nice, overall the rooms are good size and they are clean. Even if reception is most of the time closed, checking was very easy as the key were left on the reception desk.

Would be helpful to have some place to dry our clothes on wet summer days, e.g. a small device in the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Saalbach in general. Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, excellent breakfast. Large bike / ski room, very nice spa area. Location is great - 3 minutes walk from the town center and next an adventure pool (included in the Joker card), bus stops and cable cars.

So, I need to pay for a parking lot, but I don't know, why? 14 euro/ night??? Very very expensive, in the future I don't want to reserve accomodation here if possible. Sorry :(

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. The bedroom was large with a balcony. The breakfast was 10 out of 10 with everything you could want.

Breakfast time could be a little longer, especially when there's a music festival going on during that time. I'm not sure if it was the bed or pillow, but I was extremely tense in my back and neck after 3 nights.

We booked the hotel for the rave on snow event and arrived on check-in day really late in the night, the receptionist was so kind and prepared our keys nevertheless. The variety of food during breakfast was really nice and the staff very kind. During our stay we felt so welcome and appreciated, there's the possibility we will come back next year for rave on snow to stay at the Bärenbachhotel.

Staff, restaurant, location were perfect. Every staff member spoke to you every time you saw them. They all work so well together it made our stay very enjoyable. Hotel is about 3 city blocks from Saalbach Village and nearest ski lift.

Hotel location is central, reasonably close to the lifts. Suites are very large. Breakfast is of top quality! Also, we arrived late, but were served well during check-in. Simply felt welcome since the very first minute!
