The location wasn't very far away from the centre, transportation in Vienna is very accessible in general. Staff were really helpful, clean sheets and linens were provided. Clean bathrooms, water in shower was lukewarm. Keep in mind that the bathroom, showers and kitchen are shared.

The vibe of the hostel was a bit weird, not super social. Might be because of the style (self check in, capsule beds); you don't talk with people in the room. Also, no reception means there is no control of who's going in and out. You can call to report a problem, but I find it a bit uncomfortable. A guy in my room sneaked in a girl on the first night, and on the second night there was a guy sleeping in the common area... The rooms are small and without lockers. You can lock your bag in your bed, but if you are on top there is space above the bunk bed + if you have a heavy bag might be hard to put it up there. Though there is a locker room downstairs if you really have items of value. Be careful though, it's the kind of lockers that works only with big lock.

I slept really good honestly. There is a lot of space in your capsule, and the beds are comfy. There is plugs and pockets to put your stuff. Everything was cleaned. I was positively surprised by the showers and toilets. Common area is nice and well equipped. I talked with some people there. The QR code system worked well for me: you register online and you get a QR code on your phone to unblock doors and capsule bed. It is a bit away from the center of Vienna but well connected. You can take the subway and the tram. The price was good.

Room 1 (with 3 beds) is on the ground floor near front door, so you can hear people coming in and out.

Great location, if you are visiting Wiener Stadthalle. The bed and pillow were surprisingly very comfortable.

It was way too much noisy after after 10pm until maybe around 3 am in the morning. People who are staying there are soo noisy in the corridors whole of the night

Occasional noises coming from the upstairs apartment. Nothing major, just noticeable.

The hostel is but a short stroll away from Wien Westbahnhof, allowing for easy connections to the rest of the city. Not to mention the shopping centre.

I had no issues. However be advised that the lockers in the room require a thicker lock 🔒 the thin locks won’t work, you need a thicker lock, they sell them at the reception for €8

Everything, the kitchen is great. They have TV in the kitchen area. The girl with the dark hair at reception is very kind and helpful!

The toilet was a little bit smelly i don‘t know maybe normally there’s no smell but that‘s the only thing i noticed.

The room was kinda small. We were just 2 people in a room for 4, and it still felt cramped.

The location is great, close to the center and the Christmas markets at that time. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hostel, but the lounge area is kinda cool since you can easily hang out with other people. The bathrooms were also clean during the whole stay.

The ladder which needed to be climbed in order to reach the bunk bed was thin and uncomfortable for the feet. The door to the room made quite a loud noise when someone was opening it to enter the room.

Random cold water one morning, and you had to play around with the QR codes that were there to unlock the doors

The room was really really cold. The heater wasn’t working at night but started working in the morning. So the night was really cold.

I didn't like that doors could open with QR-сode, that's quite uncomfortable.

I liked that location is not far from the underground. Also advantage of this hostel is clean rooms.

The staff who was making the beds was pretty loud. They were closing the beds so loudly for no reason. I mean, why? Just try to be quiet. :(

Everything was great. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. QR codes worked just fine. Also, its pretty awesome that you can lock your bed as well. I wish every hostel was like this place. WC was clean. They provided sheets and towel. Location is close to the tram and metro stations. I will definitely stay here next time. Awesome!

It’s not super central, however, a comfortable location

Everything is automatic, you don’t even see the stuff. Fast, clean, cosy. Not sure how it works if you need to leave luggage, but we enjoyed our stay.

Bedside lamp not working, Lack of adequate commodities in the washroom like tissues.

The QR code thing is pretty handy. Prior to check in the guest kitchen and luggage storage facility is very helpful.
