Construction was happening right outside our window while we were staying there, so there was noise from that in the morning. Fortunately, we were our most of the day so it was not a big issue. The floors creak, but they are beautiful wooden inlay designs.

We liked the area that included a local grocery store, a small church, short walk to metro and a fantastic cafe. The facility is very large with room to spread out. We enjoyed a walk around the massive garden estate at Belvedre-Schlossgarten which is right by the metro stop.

Just nothing!

Everything. The apartment stays in a very quite neighborhood, near the central train station, very near the Belvedere Palace and downtown. Is very spacious full of natural light. Very clean and full of storage places. Big kitchen fully equipped. WC separate from bathroom with washing machine . We are very sorry that we couldn't stay for more days so we come back certainly!

Could not fault it

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. It was very roomy and bright and sunny and was right beside a lovely church in a lovely square. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities and washing machine and a clothes airer to dry your clothes on. Just 8 mins walk to the central train station and underground train system. Belvedere just at the end of the street and a supermarket just around the corner. We had a lovely stay here.

I mean... This place was just the best! Beautiful old apartment with high ceilings and huge windows (I love both). Super close to the train station but in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds, lots of light, and the best view out the window (the church on the little square outside is my favorite in Vienna).

There s nothing not to like!

I want to express my gratitude for letting us stay at marvelous apartment! We love it and everything near it! The apartment is so much better then the description on booking 😍 but it is also because of the great host! She thought of everything for the apartment ! It has all the facilities one could need! The kitchen is fantastic! We even had olive oil vinegar ,spices salt sugar ,3 tablets for the coffee machine, tea bags, napkins and paper for the toilette., dish tablets for the dishwasher and tablets for the washing machine. There were towels for all 3 of us. Everything is of good quality. As for connections, it is very well connected to everything , metro,, bus, bus tram is right at the end of the street -2 minute walk, and in a good quiet neighborhood. We love having a church right next to us at one end of the street and the Belvedere Palace at the other end. Loved hearing the bells in the morning. :)

The beautiful wooden floor is very noisy, so you can hear the night waking child a mile off and 'prepare' to be woken. Nightly trip to the toilet not quiet.

Fabulous apartment on a central location to the main station and the Belvedere. Tall ceilings with plenty of original features. The kids shared the sofa bed in the living room. Easy check in, and were able to leave our luggage at the apartment ahead of the official check in time.

Lovely apartment with a nice view toward a church. A short walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof train station. Even shorter walk to Belvedere Palace. A couple of stops on the metro or tram to the centre. The apartment has a nice atmosphere and contains everything you need.

The sofa-bed in the living room for the 5th adult was on the small (narrow) side. The water runs onto the bathroom floor when you shower.

Iliana was very helpful in arranging transport for us from the airport, and leaving the room keys with the driver (as we arrived past midnight). The living room was large, with a separate bedroom; the toilet is separate from the shower. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the coffee machine with capsules. The heating was good!

the apartment was cleaned good but the drains were not taken care. the bathtub drain had blockage and it was always clogged and so the kitchen drain. the panel of the kitchen also fell off after first usage. the floors were not stable in some places.

the location of the property was good. the amenities were great and the accessibility for kinderwagen was good. through lift. the apartment was provided with all the things you would need.
