Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The best accommodation in our life!!! Everything great. Spacious beautiful and clean room, sitting inside and on the balcony too, comfortable beds, great WiFi signal, separated toilet and bathroom, beautiful room design, absolutely amazing view out to the Alps, beautiful walks, the most pleasant owner and great communication with her, dogs welcome. The bed is comfy, the room is spacious, it is sparkling clean, kitchen has everything you can imagine. Mountain air was fresh and cooling. The hosts are great, as well as their dog! Highly recommended to everyone who is in the area.

PolandApartment is spacious but looks a bit old-fashioned. In booking.com description there was a bar 24/7, restaurant... but on real there was nothing. I think it is important to mention that, we were hungry but sure there was a place to eat and drink. It was Tuesday, the only one restaurant in the city (25 min down on foot, back about 40 min,for quite fit people)was closed (always closed on Tuesdays, don't ask why)). So , the only choice was petrol station....but...you know. As for gas station it was nice, but we expected to have dinner somewhere else))).
Surrounding is incredibly beautiful! The road there was quite special buy it is worth it. I believe it is a perfect place for meditation, relaxation, sorting out your thoughts, etc. The views will help you for sure. The owner was very friendly. Apartment is spacious.

UkraineIt was said that the breakfast is available when we booked the place but it wasn't so that was big disappointment. Please update the information. We didn't mind to pay extra to eat smth but we had to wake up a bit earlier so we could find the food. And the frigde in the room we stayed wasn't working so we have gotten our food spoiled. And if you put electrical tea pot in the room it also be a bonus for guests because we wanted to use hot water and there was no way we could do it.
The place worth of the money and we liked it.
