oo bad there is no air conditioning. The front door closes in the evening and they forgot to tell us how to get in (we found it on our own). Close to the church bells.

The staff were great a mother and her daughter , friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, served in a beautiful and aesthetic way. This is a three-star hotel, but the breakfast is of four stars and more. A very large variety of food. Large room. You can take hot or cold drinks throughout the day and write down what to take, the guests are very trusted and it is very convenient. Outside there is grass, a place to sit and games.

There were not electric plugs at both side of the room. Moreover, there is no fridge.

The location is great, close to Millstatt. The facilities were amazing: massage chair, pingpong table and seating outside. Moreover, we loved the view from the balcony and the great breakfast!

We would have appreciated a small fridge to keep some beverages and snacks cool. That would be a welcome addition. There is no air conditioning but there was a mountain breeze and a cooler day one day that did not make that an issue. I suppose that the room could get warm at times and a fan then would be nice but this was not an issue this time for us. If you want more things to do then a stay somewhere on the lake may be better but was not an issue for us.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Berghof in July. We were welcomed warmly by Sylvia and our experience was filled with Gemütlichkeit. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. Everything was clean and in good condition. The balcony afforded very nice views of the countryside and was lovely to sit and enjoy that even though there was no lake view from the property. The Millstättersee area is so picturesque and the air is so fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the excellent and tasty breakfast available each day and left us wanting nothing more. Everything was very fresh and there was lots of selection available. The whole experience was very good and we would not hesitate to return. The area is very quiet so good to unwind and relax.

Reception very friendly and our check in was easy with the aid of her ability to speak English. Property was very, very clean and quiet. Room comfortable and spacious and with balcony. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, and more. Great restaurant across the street.

Gorgeous hotel garden overlooking the valley. Comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Free and easy parking. Hotel provides a card with free access to many Millstatt beaches. Lift to the rooms.

Everything in the hotel worked as it should. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff very friendly. The location is excellent and it didn't even matter that you couldn't see the lake. The restaurant (not 10 meters as the hotel staff claims, but 15 meters :-) ) was absolutely faultless and at fantastic prices. We recommend, but it is better to make a reservation.

I was missing a few opportunities more to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom, mainly.

Breakfast was a real highlight, we missed literally nothing! All ingredients fresh and delicious- good coffee, loads of varied teas. All in all a massive plus, nice buffet and plenty of room to sit quietly and enjoy the beginning of a new day.

We booked this hotel last minute as one night stay and I wish we stayed longer. Space-full room, great view (3rd floor), nice balcony, very friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Great location to plan trips from in the area…

A very clean quiet new apartment with everything you need , comfortable beds nice bathroom and kitchen . The apartment was at the level of the parking ( small parking), so no view , but very easy to move your bags from the car to the apartment and no stairs were needed. After reservation, they sent us a notification about that as we stated that we would like to have a nice view( very nice of them to do that) so it was no surprise for us. They offered us to take a room ( not an apartment ) as they are almost full and these are the rooms that were left with a view , but we preferred the apartment.

The only problem was the Wi-Fi signal, which was poor and not steady.

Really nice place, modern, large rooms. Location is also very good, about 5 minutes above millstatt. Staff was also very nice and helpful and breakfast is rich and good. Very recommended.
