While making the booking here it didn't state clearly that the spa costs an extra of 25 Euro. Also no info that there's a mini-breakfast available for 15 Euro in the lobby. In my room there was an extra bed on the floor which left very little room to maneuver. (I had booked one bed only). The fact that WiFi in the rooms costs extra is a bit silly and outdated...

Convenient location and really nice spa area. Three good saunas and plenty of rest areas. Very clean and good bathroom in my room.

Breakfast was a bit pricey, wifi is not for free. You need to pay extra for the spa even if you get the bathrobe in the room.. The room was a bit cold on the first day of arrival, but on the second day, it was better. There is no fridge in the room and I wouldn't say I liked bathroom amenities - only shampoo in strange doser. The towels were worn out.

The hotel has a nice alpine design. We liked the decoration, welcome drink and place for kids to play. The room was clean and the hotel was nice overall. The breakfast was delicious, there was everything needed. They even have animals and an outdoor playground. We got a free upgrade of the room and we liked it! The staff is nice and friendly. The nightly price was good!

The food is overpriced: both breakfast (29 EUR pp) and the bar menu (cappuccino - 7 euro) Spa was not included in price. Gym is just 2*2 m room with 2 equipment.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, many facilities.

Internet connection was a bit slow, I belive that it could be better. Also - it is not usual in this kind of hotel to offer WIFI only against the payment in the hotel room, it should be included in the price. I was somehow lucky and I have got the access as a bonus.

The room was a too small for a quadruple room, we couldn't almost fit when awake without using the balcony. There are unnecessary shops and megashops and decoration items with prices on all around the facility, it would be better to be an hotel rather than a mix between hotel and shop. The prices of drinks in the restaurant are extremely high (8,90 for 0.75L sparkling water).

Helpful staff, trying to accomodate without any problem an early arrival. The children park is a bless for families and enable relaxing time also for parents. The evening a nice event was organized with live music. The restaurant food of great quality. Well located along a river with immediate access to walking and bike designed paths.

Everything was great!

Breakfast was great, had everything you need and the waiters were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious, heated floors and bathtub, clean and tidy! Wifi is available 5 lines all around (but you have to pay extra)
