Unfortunately the pillows are not so comfortable and there could be a mini fridge. Also there is not a control of the heating inside the room, so for two nights we felt like we were boiling there.

The place is very cosy and the staff is great! Everybody very kind and attentive. The dinner has a very good price, compared to what it offers ( which is a wealthy dinner!). The view from the rooms is great!, you have lake and mountain all over the place and relaxing is guaranteed! The girls from the cleaning staff were so lovely with us and our child, made our days happier!

Some of the restaurant staff did not speak English so there was some confusion when they told us we can't sit where we wanted, but everything was sorted when someone who speaks English came in.

Everything was really good. This was a bit over my usual budget but for a special occasion it's totally worth it. The location is amazing and so is everything in the building.

The room was lovely with a lake view and balcony. It was perfect for the solo traveller and the staff were most concerned for the health and welfare of their guests. The breakfast was a great spread and the evening meal was very reasonable in price if you wanted to stay in.

the room was nice but the only thing what I did not liked is to find hair or dust in a room where you pay not less. I wouldn’t say it’s costly for what you get there but specially in the room you stay it should be clean.

I loved the location where it is and the inside of the hotel is in wooden style. very pretty and romantic. one night was not enough!

Beautiful view from hotel room balcony. Very nice sauna and relaxing area in bottom floor of hotel. Separate games and kids playroom available at bottom floor of hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location is very good for reaching hiking trails or other activity in area.

Well located with very friendly and helpful staffs :) Lake is just across the road. Karwandel cable car and ski school are just next to it. Good breakfast and dinner. So everything went well for our stay!

This is a wonderful place! The location and the view are just brilliant. I was surprised with exceptional personal, they were so polite and helpful. Every morning it was a pleasure to wake up and go down to meet people and staff at breakfast. The room was clean and very quiet. Totally exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is positioned a few hundred meters from the shore of the lake and slightly away from other hotels and the village centre (which we really appreciated!), but it is all walking distance (5-7 mins). It is surrounded by green pastures and hills and has beautiful views on the hills as well as the lake. The Slovak receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful. The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained, nicely and tastefully decorated in Tyrolean style and our room was very large (with lovely living area with large sofa) and comfortable.The breakfast buffet was plentiful and constantly topped up, the selection of food was very good and suited all our tastes. We also took the evening menu for very reasonable 16Eur. The food was beautifully presented and tasted great. The hotel has also very pleasant sauna and gym and kids play room. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future!

I am so happy that We could really enjoy the Bergland Hotel‘s amazing service. Huge, clean room what we had, with a big balcony. Balcony had a great view to the mountains! Ahh, I will never forget that pictures! The breakfast and dinner were top! Excellent service! I can notice; it‘s not only 3stars what they have!!! Much more! Thank you so much! Veronika and Norbert

No water on the room included, very basic facilities for a spa kind of hotel w/ no swimming pool. Facilities already closed very early. Basic kind of hotel, def. not worth 200 €/night.

The location close to the lake is nice.
