Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great family owned luxury hotel among the Alps. The hotel is nice and modern, room size perfect, bed super comfortable. The wellness are at the roof is amazing also. Breakfast fine, the dinner very delicious. The staff at the reception, wellness area and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Ski slopes and cable cars in a couple of minutes walking distance.

RomaniaBreakfast is not for a 5 star hotel. The menu is poor and exactly the same for all week. The service is bad at breakfast, the table was not ready in every morning, you had to ask for everything, for making the table, for sugar, teaspoons, etc . It was too hot in the room and you cannot adjust the temperature, it didn' t work.
It is a very nice hotel, with a wonderful ski spa with a view from 5th floor. Close to the ski lift, there is a ski bus nearby. Very good restaurant Wine and dine at the location, excelent chef and personel.

SerbiaHotel is not really skiing to door facility, which is important when you are traveling with kids. Ski school is advertised as part of hotel offer, however hotel depends on local ski schools that are too busy. It is not mentioned that you need to request from hotel to book you ski school in advance to your stay. Hotel does not have concierge service.
Rooms are spacious as well as bathroom. Breakfast is good, offering variety of fresh food. Spa area is nice, but too busy in the afternoon.

SwitzerlandToo many Families with noisy children. Room Neighboors locked their dog the whole day into the room and the poor dog was crying the whole day...! Please don't allow pets in such facilities; that's a nightmare, if they get locked into the room for the whole day...!! :-(
