We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We recently stayed here with a group of friends and in total 3 kids, and I can honestly say the experience was awesome from start to finish. The location of the apartment couldn't be more perfect - it's literally a minute away from two gondolas: Hochbrixen and Choralpe, making it an ideal spot for anyone looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise, it’s topped our best expectations. It's clean, spacious, and everything feels brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and equipment we could possibly need, which made for some lovely home-cooked meals during our stay. What truly set this place apart was the host's dedication to ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The communication before our arrival was super helpful, with all our questions and concerns addressed promptly. Once there, the host went the extra mile to assist us in any way needed, truly exceptional hospitality. For those considering a ski trip, the amenities like a ski room with boot warmers and a sauna/wellness area are fantastic bonuses. Our kids had a great time learning to ski with the Aktiv ski school in Hochbrixen, so it was very convenient to drop them off. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in the area. It's truly a gem in the heart of the skiing region, and we’ll definitely book it in the future whenever we have a vacation in SkiWelt.

Czech RepublicNoise/music from nearby bar till late night - but acceptable level. Showers need thermostatic faucets - if someone else flush toilet etc, water temperature changes a lot.
Perfect location - few steps to Hochbrixen gondola. Great new place - everything is really new. Well equipped kitchen - lot of dishes, glasses, cutlery etc etc ... only exception are pots - most of them are sized for 12 people - hard to cook for less. We used sauna in basement almost daily. Great beds with extra-long blankets and perfect pillows (this is very subjective) Skiroom in basement - but with elevator :-) We get multiple keys - this is very handy for bigger groups.

BulgariaThe property is 1min away from the gondola, it is very clean, and looks better than the photos. The bathrooms are modern and new. The apartment is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a storage for ski and boots in the building. The prices are very low compared to the other apartments in the area. The property is definitely worth it for the price.

United StatesProperty was fantastic. Location could not have been better, right at the base of two different gondolas. Five minute walk to groceries and restaurants. Robert was the best host, always available to answer any questions. Apartment had anything you could possibly need to cook your own meals. We had a wonderful holiday here.

GermanyWe went there as a group of friends with a little kid and a baby. The apartment is directly at the lift. It is comfortable and had enough space for all of us and really everything we needed, we did not miss a thing. There is a possibility to order fresh bread rolls for breakfast and they were delicious. If we had any question the host was always there and always helpful. We will most likely come back next year.

Czech RepublicThe heating system did not work properly so temperatures were pretty low for the first two days during our Christmas holidays (temperature: 16C in living room and 14C in sleeping rooms). The owner apologized, tried to solve it out by providing small heating fans but refused to pay any refund (it was evident breach of the contract plus not a pleasant start of the family holiday). Before booking this property look at relevant references/reviews on Google. And be aware that the owner does not communicate properly (no reaction, no reasoning, lies). We issued an official complain via Booking.com but they did not help either. They are interested in their provisions and did not take our complain seriously.
Great location, nice apartment with enough space, clean sauna and handy storage for ski equipment in the basement.
