The decaf coffee in the bedroom was not nice. A better brand of decaf coffee would be appreciated. More variety on cake in the afternoon would be nice. More hot food at breakfast as some items were not available.

If I had to pick something, we found the shower screen on the bath rather small, but really I am nit picking.

What a fantastic high quality hotel! Bed was comfy, pillows so soft and high quality bed linen. Bathroom was spacious, plenty hooks and shelves to lay your toiletries and well lit. Luxurious toiletries were supplied including body lotion which is often omitted in hotel rooms. The magnifying mirror was great for applying make up. Breakfast area was lovely with tables spaced out and bottles of water on each table. Great selection of foodstuffs to suit all tastes which was buffet style and tea and coffee waiter service. They also offered a free tea and cake every afternoon which I thought was a nice touch. All staff were very extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Stefan on reception who was amazing, advising us on attractions and public transport. He took an interest in what you were doing that day and really made you feel special and not just “another tourist”. Overall this is a beautiful, tastefully furnished hotel. Everything is of high quality and I cannot recommend it enough. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a suite. Though perhaps not enormous, it was very comfortable and clean. The double bed was perfect. Different pillow types are available (on previous order) All necessary amenities were there. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A special mention for the awesome buffet breakfast. Not to be missed!!!

The only minor complaint from myself was the bed, it came with two seperate duvets, one for me and one for my partner, which for someone like myself didn't work very well. But this is a very minor gripe, overall our stay was excellent.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the tram stop, allowing you to get to all of the tourist attractions, quickly and easily. Public transport in Vienna is excellent, so if you stay centrally you will be fine. The welcome we recieved upon arrival was brilliant, with an indepth explanation of the locality, how to get to places, a few recommendations of markets, local restaurants etc... Our whole stay was excellent and would highly recommend the hotel.

Location of the hotel - central Vienna - is a great plus. Nice boutique hotel, clean comfort rooms, very friendly and helpful receptionists. Very good breakfast, options of freshly made and gluten free breakfasts have been a great plus!

The staff provided incredibly helpful recommendations for our city tour, even with customized maps and booklets, which greatly enhanced our vacation in Vienna. Delicious breakfast, super comfortable room and a charming neighbourhood. This hotel really exceeds my expectation and truly deserves the highest score.

Avoid going to the breakfast around 9AM, especially if you're a group of 4 or more, because it is likely that you would have to wait to get a table. This was not a big problem, because they have very nice lounge area with free coffee, but is just something to keep in mind!

The rooms were well organised, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything needed, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast room was very charming, and the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend paying for it! The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, but the tram stop is just around the corner, 5min walk, and you would be able to go to the centre easily! Nice walk to the Stephansplatz is 30min long, if you like walking. The staff is amazing, they did everything in their power to help us and accommodate us, and my family and I had wonderful time thanks to them!

The Harmonie Vienna was superb! Breakfast had a lot of options for everyone, location was convenient just right outside the city centre (Innere Stadt) and the room was spacious with extremely good beds. The hotel even offered free tea and cakes in the afternoons which was a nice surprise. Special mention to Stefan - thank you for the very good customer service!

Everything was nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was ready by 11 am which really helped after a long flight. The location is a bonus - 15 min walk from most of the attractions and the city centre.
