* Shower was a bit small and narrow * Would be good to have sockets in the bathroom * Gym equipment is a bit old(er); some of it does not work properly; would need more weights for a good workout * A bit far off from most things (e.g., downtown); may need to walk a while, or use a taxi/Uber or public transport * Cleaning staff yells outside while cleaning (was disturbing in the early noon) * Storage room with luggage storage could be monitored better * Room was rather warm (especially at nights); was unclear how to change that * The elevator is tiny (would say it can barely hold 2 people with their luggage) * Perhaps a bit pricey although it is supposed to be a "budget hotel"

One of the female staff members wouldn't even look up from her computer screen to greet me on multiple occasions. Frankly she shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry if she is going to treat guests like this. She also gave minimal help with any questions and seemed annoyed to have to interact with guests. Other hotel staff were helpful. There was no heating/cooling appliance in the room so paying 100 euros per night I would expect better amenities. Also ignored my request to be on a higher floor away from floor stairs.

Rooms had unpleasantly pungent odour, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In this case changing rooms didn’t help so headache it was.

One of the staff members was kind of rude to us, there is no kettle, tea or coffee in the rooms, the floor was a bit dirty.

Most of the staff were quite friendly and nice, and when asked we could get the things we needed to make our stay more comfortable - like a tea kettle for our room.

Our room was really really uncomfortable. That was under roof room. The Staff were too unfriendly. We just asked Martin too put our Dates in refrigerator, because we had not refrigerator in our room. and he said that it is illegal! We have never had this problem at other hotels

Room on top is not separated with bathroom and doesn’t have exhaust fan! bad smell comes to room when you are using toilet! hard time to another room partner! please put exhaust fan and construct wall full to separate room!

I gave only 4 stars because we couldn't sleep almost the entire night. Some young couple besides our room had talked and had s*x the entire night. It seems that they didn't come to sleep in the hotel as travellers. It's not that I care, but the walls are thin and anyone can here anything. Really bad experience.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel. Not sure why this hotel has the word "budget" in its name. I've stayed in budget hotels, this one is far better than any budget hotel.

they couldn’t charge me and they simply made me and my child wait in the lobby until they manage the situation. it was deep night. the child fell asleep on their coach in the lobby just because their terminal didn’t work. and any other solution to pay was impossible

The woman who checked us in and out and who was sometimes at the receptionist desk was completely awful. She was rude, unfriendly and rarely offered a smile or any amount of kindness.
