Unfortunately it missed being perfect because one night the apartment above started partying at midnight. Moving large heavy furniture around. I messaged the owner who said they contacted the party about the noise but it didn’t stop. Infact it carried on until 4am. We were a family staying with young children & elderly grandparents. And we had a 7.30am pick up to return to the airport the following morning. More should have been done to stop that situation, more than a text message.

The location is really good. Central & convenient. The decor/interiors are perfect. Rustic/Modern Check in/out is easy & slick. Coded entry Nice additional touches. Apple juice & coffee Amenities in apartment are excellent. Showers were luxurious.

The kitchen knives were pretty blunt, could use a little sharpening. We couldn't figure out hot to turn on the heating in the main room, it would have been nice to have a manual for that. But these were both super minor things, the place was fantastic.

Really wonderful self-service style apartment. The place was super comfy and well located for hiking / waking. We used it as a base to get a few days of relaxation out of the city. The kitchen was really well made to cook and the living area provided a lot of space to work, relax, play board games etc.

The cleaning fees had to be paid separately, in cash, to the cleaning lady. I would have preferred to do this online, or via card.

I loved that we only needed to use door codes to enter the property, so no interaction with people was necessary, as we arrived late in the night. The property was amazing, great for a group of friends, with allocated parking spaces, big TV, great kitchen and living room and very clean. Everything was in top condition and looked modern.

It was strange that a cleaning fee was added above the price of Booking.com and also the check-out time was different. 9am check out is what it stated on the property but Booking.com said it was 11am.

The property was clean and very comfy. It was close to Mayerhofen and was wonderfully furnished.

I would prefer a quieter location as the hotel located on a somewhat busy street. Also too much light -- denser curtains or blinders would make things much better. The room size is way too small even for 2 young people. The funny smell inside of the apprartment and in the corridor. Check-out time could be a bit later, I usually wake up at 9 especially if I am on vacation...

Beautiful nature around. Lots of hiking and cycling possibilities. The hotel is next to the nice bakery. Easy to enter with the pin code -- no hustle with the keys. Nice big balcony with a sitting area. Good coffee machine, nice kitchen. Free parking.
