No blind on bathroom window. There is some noise from passing trains, but it did not spoil our stay. There was a problem with accessing the locker, but it was soon resolved with a phone call.

Well appointed, comfortable and stylish flat, within walking distance of centre. Excellent bathroom facilities, with one exception - see below.

The curtains were not fitted/broken in parts which meant the sun streamed in through the gaps making it so bright early in the morning it woke us up 🙄

My sister and I stayed here for one night before catching a train to Budapest. It was one of the nicest apartments weve ever stayed at, great value for money, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, everything you could ask for. The self check in process was smooth and although the location was a 10-15 minute walk from city centre, transport links were great for someone that doesnt like walking. We recommend Zwolf Apostelkeller for anyone wanting to try some traditional Austrian food. Fantastic city and Blackhome Wien is the perfect place to stay while youre here!

If I understood correctly there was a boiler in the bathroom as a result there wasn’t enough water for having a shower for two people in a short period. We needed to wait for when the water got hot again. There wasn’t an iron. I am not a person who irons clothes all the time but we visited Vienna State Opera and needed to refresh our creased clothes before it.

It was a lovely place to stay. We got the earlier check-in because our room was ready. It was very beneficial for us. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The apartment was on the top floor with a small balcony and a cozy view of the roofs and the private backyard. It was quiet at night. We could hear only birds singing and the sounds of rain. It was rather meditative and good for sleeping. The big windows were amazing. There are lots of lights on sunny days. The kitchen (in the deluxe apartment) was equipped with all needed stuff including the small dishwasher and the microwave but not any kitchen hoods.

There is nothing we didn't like.Everything was perfect.

It's an amazing place.Amazing!From the contactless check-in to the contactless check-out.2 minutes walk from Rennweg train station which is directly connected to Vienna Airport plus all the trains you will need to connect to any other place in Vienna. The apartment is spotless.The beds and the pillows are of the best quality.The sheets as well. Coffee machine with supplied capsules plus you can buy from Lidl which is in Rennweg station extra if you drink coffee a lot like us. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Everything, everything is perfect.I recommend the place to everybody who wants to visit Vienna regardless the purpose ... tourism, sightseeing or business. Thank you Black Home for making our trip the most easy and enjoyable by being the perfect place in any way possible.

Clean, comfortable and cozy apartment. Good location, near public transportation and a walking distance to old town and Belvedere Gardens. There is a supermarket near by. They were very nice and flexible with check in and out times. Self check in with automatic system .
