Where was my tilted ceiling? Was really looking forward to it We had small room and didn’t have closet

The late check in is super good, self check out is easy and 24/7 super good customer support online was useful.🫶🏼 The room was clean and nice, I really liked a bathroom and warm floor👌🏼. Also we could leave our luggage after check out only for 5 extra euros, as we had to leave in the evening to another city.

Nothing, everything was fine. It was just a misunderstanding from our part when booking the 4 persons room that we didn't notice that all four people would be sleeping in the same bedroom (one double bed and one double sofa bed) but that was entirely on us

Extremely helpful way to self check in, location easily accessible, you could walk to the city center and also Belvedere palace. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and very quiet. Will definitely be staying again

Very close to the train station where express from the airport arrives to/departs from. A nice restaurant downstairs where a good breakfast is served.

The window was open when we arrived and it took a lot of time to warm the room. The hot water ran out fast and after that, it made a noise.

It was equipped, clean and it was very quiet as well. They answered my messages fast and they were helpful. The self check-in was a really good idea, it is so simple and fast.

Our apartment had separate the wc from the bathroom, so in the bathroom I would say that a trash bin was missing as well as place to hang the towels

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. We read a lot of negative reviews regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, which we didn't experience a part from the dirty toilet brush.

Easy to use check-in/out system with lockers available. Modern room with a lot of light, clean and well-furnished. Very nice bar and restaurant next to the building. 15min walk to the city center and a train station near by.

It would’ve been useful to have a cleaning cloth in the kitchen, but it’s just a minor suggestion

Everything was very clean and comfortable, it was a really nice stay! After many many hours of travelling delays due to the weather we really appreciated the self check-in, which was very easy and very quick to complete even late at night! And having a dishwasher was great :)

This hotel located very well with short walking distances to the main street of downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom were all well-equipped and spacious.

The room was very clean. They need to put some hooks in the bathroom for the towels.

The check in was easy. The location is about a 20 min walk to the center. The room was big, comfortable and had everything we needed. The response to every question was fast and helpful.

Upon arrival there was a little mistake with the locker to leave the luggage that previously had booked. Had to contact the staff via phone to sort out everything. Lost a bit of time but the staff was very helpful and nice . They assumed the mistake and let us check in earlier. So it was much appreciated.

The main entrance has a second door that it is sooooo heavy it can’t be open - the check in screen it is not working not responsive to touch we made like 15-20 minutes until we managed to check in and even had to call them - the elevator one was okay the other one for the whole period four days - has some things inside on the walls stickers something like someone was doing work inside -and was unpleasant to go with and that was the only one working mostly -there was not even one bottle of water inside -the room was totally different from the pictures but okay -somehow cold and we could not make the room warmer

Hot water runs out quick, but not a problem if you have 15 min showers there was two of us l. So hot water will work for like 30 minutes. I knew this before hand so not an issue

Check in was great, early check in was only 10 euros. Which is cheap for 3 and half hours early check in. Place was clean and location was good. 30 min walk to all major markets or 7-10 car journey or 15 mins rail. Uber / taxi is cheap also

- We missed some gadgets in the kitchen. A toaster for example. - For short stays is great, but if you are planning to stay longer, there is no cleaning stuff in the room. Maybe a brush, a mop or something like that, it would help

- Everything was very clean. Towels and bedsheets were very white and clean. - Really appreciate the coffee/tea provided - Although there is no staff there, you can contact them online and they quickly answer.

The only issue that I had it was when we arrived we needed to wait until 15:30 to do the check in, but again in the app that we book the hotel we had the option to change the hour which we did but still we spend like 30 minutes for the staff to approve.

The hotel is in a very comfortable location, Shops are very close around, 5 days there just used the tram to go everywhere we planned which the stop was only 3,4 min walk.. Definitely recommend Blackhome wien 😁

The flat had everything we needed for a long weekend and even more. The self checkin system was pretty handy considering our late flight. The place was super clean!
