I did not like the self check-in, maybe because it was the first time for me. Ask the place to send you the code! There is a 24 help desk so if you have any problems don't hesitate to give them a call. For the rest - just perfect! The location, the room, the bed, the bathroom, the cleanliness - not just sparkling, but incredibly clean! You have your own coffee machine in the room that works with capsules so you don't need to wonder around looking for your early morning coffee. Highly recommend the place! The city centre is just a short walk away!

We had problems with check in because the code that was sent on mobile was not active on day we had to make check in. Also, You have to write informations that object already have so it’s a waste of time for guests. You should make it as simply as possible to get into the rooms. Send code day before check in day and with that code enter the room. And that should work for evrebody, as it works already in other accommondations.

No blind on bathroom window. There is some noise from passing trains, but it did not spoil our stay. There was a problem with accessing the locker, but it was soon resolved with a phone call.

Well appointed, comfortable and stylish flat, within walking distance of centre. Excellent bathroom facilities, with one exception - see below.

There were a few issues, the room itself needed a good lick of paint. The kitchen has minimal equipment, no extraction fan above the hob, so you get condensation on the cupboard door above which drips back into the pan - didn't feel very hygenic. Little thing - but dishwasher tabs provided, great, but no washing up liquid, so you couldn't hygienically wipe down surfaces. Fridge is tiny with no freezer section, but it fitted what we needed. Bathroom door handle came off in hand, but that was remedied extremely quickly - within 1.5 hours of reporting it. The blinds don't cut out light so if you wake up with the first bit of daylight, take an eye mask. The train track runs along the front of the property but to be fair, you kind of get used to it and it didn't keep me awake and I'm a really light sleeper, but maybe take ear plugs if you sleep lightly. The shower floor doesn't slope so water goes everywhere, and seeps out into the next room if you are not careful. You find ways of dealing with that! Also don't leave it to the last minute to collect your bags before you dash to the airport - if staff are busy on the phone, you can't get into the locker as they are operated remotely (which is great for security but not great if you are in a big rush!).

Quiet part of town, building pretty quiet, not much internal noise. Bed was really comfortable (sofa bed not so much), staff very responsive to issues. Room pretty much as expected, compact but did what we needed it to do. Lockers to keep your bags in until you are ready to leave. Decent size bathroom. We stayed for the marathon and it was a good location to get to and from the start/finish lines.

The curtains were not fitted/broken in parts which meant the sun streamed in through the gaps making it so bright early in the morning it woke us up 🙄

Great location with so many sights in walking distance. Clean bright apartment with everything you could need. Quiet location and no noise heard apart from trains going by. Would stay here again.

The bathroom water pump/motor had issues twice during my stay which resulted in the electricity being down. Better bathroom piping would be nice to have.

Nice, modern-fitted apartment. Good location to reach the city center and Schloss Belvedere. Convenient to reach by train from the airport. 24h service works fine, there are phonelines installed in the hallway for direct connection.

Wifi very bad, kept disconnecting all the time (in room 702) and there is no closet for clothes. And nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom (which is also small size and not practical). AC not working (it showed some error on the screen) and it was very hot with afternoon sun shining into the apartment through huge windows.

I tried to sleep a little bit after arrival and a very loud alarm started. It was the fire alarm (I dont know why it turned on). After 20min of alarm - I leaved te hotel for a walk, 'cause it was impossible to stay there, because of the alarm noise. I dont know how much it took for hosts to turn it off. When I tried to call them - the line was busy. One more think is the self-checkin machine. It doesnt have other languages than german. It is a little bit difficult to complete all the questions, when you dont understand them.
