Nothing not to like. While there may have been some cold air under the door compared to other European houses (I.e. the window and door aren’t airtight), there was a lovely warm heater that easily warmed the whole room. Oh and there was a wifi glitch while there, but not the rooms issue.

Amazing views, right on the lake! Lovely quiet lapping over night, a swan outside your window! Great provision of some cutlery and bar fridge to enjoy our own snacks or breakfast. Highly recommended, and in the quiet side of town. Can enjoy a few days here. I’d suggest get the Hallstatt app on your mobile even before coming!

Wifi didn’t really work throughout our stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Would be great to provide body wash and shampoo.

The cottage is located at lakefront with incredible views. Close proximity to the famous Hallstatt viewpoint and many F&B establishments. Comfy and cozy vibe.

Host was terrible, basically did not reply us at all. We had a wifi issue during our stay, the wifi was turned on but couldn't join and there was blinking red light on the wifi modem. So I messaged the host on booking.com as well as on phone, but was ignored during the entire stay. I had to use my own data which was frustrating because was very limited.

I like the location of the property, it is very near to the harbour. Also, it has a breath-taking views from the window and very near to the lake so I enjoyed hanging out with swans while smoking by the lake. The area is very quiet and peaceful at night, it was a great stay apart from the wifi issue.

There is no shower gel in bathroom, but hand soap and even dish cleaner. Very interesting when you pay such amount of money and they tell you no shower gel. And there is some dust around the corner and the window, I even found a pill on the floor.

The bathroom door could not be closed properly because a screw was missing. It would have been nice to have some small shower gel and shampoo. It would have been nice to have a safe place for our luggage to keep it there before check-in and after chech-out until our boat left.

Wonderful view and location, right in the centre of Hallstatt old town.It is very close to the boat port.It is a very romantic place to stay.I would recommend it to everyone.

No assistance from the staff because the hotel is not easy to find. No ventilation in room and the window cannot be open because a lot of insects will come in when the window is open. NO WORKABLE WI-FI!!!!!!! The Wi-Fi equipment is only a display

You will find everywhere spider webs!!🕸🕷👎 Also, we had a checkout at 11 and inside the room the let us a letter that we have to live till 10 o'clock.

They put our luggages out of room after check-out time, and let them under sun exposure. No space to temporarily store luggage.

Excellent lake view. Key is in the safe just on the doorside. Use password to open it, very cool.

The bathroom door couldn't close properly. There were no big towels. No complementary tea or coffee although there was a water boiler.

Property needs a mosquito net to be installed on windows or air condition. WIFI was not working properly. Needs better cleaning in some areas.
