Nothing! Everything was terrific!

The apartment was great! Clean, well equipped, warm, nice pillows and linens, 2 minutes away from tram, busses and metro, great communication with the owners. They gave us very straightforward instructions, plenty of useful information about the apartment and the area, wonderful assistance with the luggage to be stored and accessed. We will definitely be back!

It was rather a challenge to get the door open but we eventually worked it out.

Good location. Convenient for public transport, subway trains and trams. Also nice touches by the host leaving snacks, tea and coffee.

A very beautiful apartment, fully equiped, very big and warm. It is opposite the metro for line 4 and three stops to the city centre.

The pillows were too soft for me, but it's my personal taste obviously.

Very central position, couple of stops away from the city center on the green U4 line. Easy to reach and to access, the check-in informations provided were very accurate and the arrival guide has all the informations you need. The apartment (we had the number 17) very spacious, bright, modern and sparkly clean. There are all the amenities you might think of, the kitchen as well is equipped with everything. The bathroom very big, fantastic shower and there's a radiator where you can hang your towels to have them always warm. There's also a small terrace. Wi-fi working perfectly. Every little detail is perfect, it's the best stay we had in a long time! For sure will be back and will share with friends visiting Vienna!

Location was great, the bus station was right in front of the building. Supermarkets nearby. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, big, kitchen totally furnished with everything you need. Hosts were delightful and very helpful, they have also helped us with a late checkout need. Will definitely come back to this apartment. As we visit Vienna every two weeks, we can safely say this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Not exactly centrally located, so the price felt a little steep. Metro connections more or less 20 mins to get anywhere.

The apartment has the cutest balcony with a great view! It's also very close to the metro, which was easy to get in and out of city center. The host was also extremely helpful when we needed to have tickets printed for our train ride!

Nothing to complain about. One minor thing was that the Toshiba TV couldn't be switched on and on the other TV we tried to handle the volume button but couldn't. It was either off or at 16..Oh well, i am old school and used to more ordinary TV sets..But that is just a technicality. It was a wonderful stay

Excellent apartment! Location very convenient between the city center and Schoenbrunn palace, metro and tramlines across the street, Billa market also (though it closes a bit early). The apartment was very comfy, very stylishly decorated and also very cool compared to the heat outside. We didn't need to use the a/c, only a few times and for a little while. The owners very kind and gave us detailed instructions about everything and answered all our questions. Definitely would recommend it to everyone!

Nothing to mention... Perhaps, if you are driving Range Rover, you will not be able to park in the yard - but you can hardly blame the builders of the house 130 yrs ago ;-)

What impressed me? - Combination of an "old charme" of the building with the modern amenities, I really appreciate. - Perfect location - it allowed me to just leave the car in a secure yard and use solely the public transport (which is fantastic in Vienna, btw). Main U-Bahn line for all our needs (one direction to the city center, the other to Schonbrunn+ ZOO) just few hundreds meters away. - Friendy and responsive host

Very good apartments for accomodation. The location, since it is very close to transport lines, and the comfort inside. Not exactly in the city center, but very close to and without hubbub and unnecessary noise. In sum - a comfortable, modern and very clean apartments. Price - quality match. Professional service - we received clear and complete information about accommodation, the check-in and check-out process in a timely manner, everything was thought out and well prepared. Excellent communication with the manager - friendly and professional. We can recommend to friends.
