we had a room on the rooftop and since it was pretty hot days during the evening we were struggling to sleep, even with open windows. there was only a fan to help. we know that this summer was unusually warm, but it was difficult for us to sleep in these conditions. the cleanliness could be better and the towels were not changed even if we asked for it leaving the sign on the bed.

we loved the approach to sustainability and the good breakfast with organic product and the friendliness of the staff. the location was close to the u Bahn station. staff was friendly.

The room was a little bit hot in early July during my stay (didn't find the air conditioning control - perhaps I should've asked. Only saw a small fan in the cabinet).

The hotel is in convenient location, about 8-10 min walk away from the nearest metro station and less to the tram stations. The decorations of the hotel is modern, comfy and funky in some places. The garden is superb with a lot of plants. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, using various organic food sources and big variety of food for the size of the hotel and good coffees provided. The staff was very attentive. Overall, great value for money.

While there was a fan in the room, hotter nights would have been more comfortable, but less green, with air conditioning.

A positive and eco-friendly environment with very comfortable beds. The garden area is a real oasis. The breakfast was excellent- great variety of healthy foods.

Location was a bit off for me but that was my own fault in booking. During the heatwave the room was very hot but there was a fan to help cool down for sleep.

Excellent breakfast at this pricepoint. Everything was organic and a lot of interesting options for vegans and vegetarians. Decoration at the hotel was nice and the garden great. There's a nice wine bar very nearby too.

we are not smokers, so we appreciated no smoking in the garden. All smoke goes to the room on the ground floor. This is was the only one thing what we did not like.

The best breakfast what we ever had! We love their relax garden, trees, plants - keep green! The personal was very friendly. All was amazing!

I would have liked a kettle in the room the room was quirky but comfortable . the toilet was in a seperate area of room from the shower and was very tiny

These are rather suggestions: maybe a water boiler could be installed in the rooms.

a clean, very neat hotel in a well-connected area, with some good environmental initiatives that resonate with us a lot. The rooms with sofas, desks are spacious, with a bit of luck you can see the residing bees and their managed hives lon one of the rooftops. The staff is nice, helpful and solution-oriented, which is helpful when you have some issues (during our latest stay the air ventillation did not stop automatically and thus was too noisy so we got another room with the same parameters)

The breakfast was excellent. the room was clean and comfy. the toilet and bath room area was a bit weird but still clean. the location was quiet and close to where we wanted to go. the small "Hof" was very nice.

There was no airco in our room. By moving one bed, we managed to open the window fully. So not a big problem, but good to know

Our room by the side of the road wasn't quite enough. Next time we'll try a room with a garden view.

Everything was perfect! People, breakfast, location. You can go everywhere with U train and Tram.
