Room was smaller and slightly different from pictures Breakfast was very hectic and understaffed No changing rooms for sauna/pool area and sunbeds in the indoor area facing towards showers without doors, also no cups and hot water left at the tea bar As there was a wedding on the same day we were there, there was very loud music in the afternoon which is alright but it was a bit distracting if you wanted to relax in the sauna or by the pool

The location,a very stylish hotel and very clean. Beautiful swimming pool and sun loungers. Breakfast was fabulous, their homemade bread is the best. Dinner in the hotel 10/10 and the happiest polite staff we have experienced in any hotel.

The hotel's restaurant was closed Sunday-Wednesday, and there is nothing to eat in the area within walking distance. They have a snack option during this time but it´s limited. Even with the car, we had problems because although we could see online the restaurants should be open, some were closed. The people from the hotel recommended us a place, but they only offered cold dishes. In general, all restaurants around there close at 9 pm, some even earlier. Also, although they say they can facilitate horse riding (with additional costs, of course), they don´t have this option in reality according to their receptionist.

The hotel room looks fantastic, the pool area is excellent and has an amazing view of the castle nearby. The breakfast was divine, and the staff was extremely friendly and did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Cleanliness was top. We also received from them some cards that allowed us to get discounts at multiple sightseeing places around the area. If you like sightseeing, you have many options within an 1h reach.

The location is simply wonderful. Quiet and with amazing views. The hotel is also very modern and clean, the staff was excellent. We were able to rent bikes and go on a tour. The hotel is right on the bike path. We went on the wine bike tour and it was so beautiful.

One day (Sunday) we arrived to the hotel around 20.00 and there was nobody at the reception and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed. Nobody told us before that the facilities will be closed. I am not sure if this is a norm on certain days (we stayed for 2 nights) but it would be good to be informed upfront about it. Especially that we arrived a day before and everything was open.

The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful. Hotel is clean and well designed. Breakfast was very tasty.

My goal was to be in a picturesque mountain setting and enjoy 2 quiet days away from the city life. Whoever wants to do that, you will be at the right place. Its a beautiful new property. Amazing gym and pool. Everything was great ! The close by Castle Hollengg is worth a visit and the Wolfgangi Kirche for the view! The area also has super nice wineries. The staff is very nice at the hotel and the breakfast was a dream. I will be back.

The corridors, but especially the area between the lobby, the entrance to bar (to the left) and to the meeting room (to the right), facing the staircase, definitely need a some clever interior designing to make the arrival of guests more welcoming. (The old and new parts of the house appear abruptly disconnected here)

The bed was quite small and not very comfortable and we expected much better bed sheets at this type of place; the waiters don´t speak much English so it was difficult to order food or discuss anything regarding food or drinks with them; there are not many dairy-free or vegan options for breakfast (yoghurt, spreads, cheese, etc.); one day they forgot to buy enough gluten-free bread, so we had to wait around 30-40 minutes for them to bring it from a grocery store.

It was really easy to rent bicycles, which are also of a very good quality; the outdoor pool is heated and quite warm for swimming; food was delicious; the reception staff was very nice and speaks good English; there were very good and healthy snacks during all day.

Too many people during breakfast which is great for hotel I guess :) however, the rotation of the food is slower and you might miss some good stuff.

Limited food options on Mondays and Tuesdays, no dinner possible, bar closes at 8. For the price it would be appreciated to have a small fridge in the room or at least a kettle with some tea and coffee options.

Outstanding breakfast, lovely rooms, big bathrooms, great pool area with amazing views. Charming new hotel inbetween vineyards, excellent wine selection in the restaurant.
