Beautiful rooms, excellent parking with easy access lift straight to the rooms. Rooms are clean and modern with gorgeous views over the lake. Kitchenette available for coffee/tea etc or to make your own breakfast.

This is the best hotel me and my partner have EVER stayed in. Staff were incredible and the rooms were amazing. We never got tired of the view and used our balcony every day. There was free tea and coffee throughout your stay as well as a fully functioning kitchen if you would like to cook your own food. Here you would also find glassware and cutlery for you to use and take to your room if you wanted. We ordered breakfast each morning and it was delivered to our room and again, we couldn't fault it. We could not recommend this hotel enough and it is well worth the money.

The best hotel in Hallstatt. We enjoyed the lake view. We also parked our car right next to the hotel. We don't need to take a boat and carry the luggage for a long way. I would recommend all my friends to stay in this hotel if anyone would visit Hallstatt.

There was nothing we didn't like.

What a magic location being right on the lake. The room was comfortable and very clean. We had a hire car and it was certainly convenient having a car park provided. Sybil was exceptional in helping us know more about the area and as it was raining on the day we stayed she provided us with an umbrella. It was a beautiful short walk into the centre of town. We booked for 1 night and enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed another night.

The views from this hotel are just stunning! We spent New Year’s Even here and watched the fireworks go off all around the lake from our balcony. The hotel also had a bonfire and cocktails in the backyard. Our stay was just amazing. Loved waking up to stunning views and walking to town to explore.

Amaizing view , just near the lake. Parking place next to the hotel and very nice breakfast. Sybil was very helpful with plannig our ride to the next destination to Berchtesgaden. We tried to avoid small roads due to the snow.

I would appreciate if the breakfast was included in the price and maybe adding slippers and a bath rope would be an extra thing to make it more comfortable around the room

Sybil (the owner) was just a delightful and inspiring hostess. Helped with everything we needed and gave us a comfortable feeling throughout our staying. I can't emphasize enough how great our hospitality there was. The place is magical, the breakfast is very nutritious and healthy, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever tried in a hotel! Everything is super clean, well-kept, and smells amazing. Just perfect!

everything was great, only annoying part is breakfast isn’t included in room rate and you need to pay separately.

excellent views of the town and mountains. room is very spacious and comfy. bathroom has both shower and tub. balcony had lounge chairs that were excellent for star gazing and relaxing
