The fridge in our room had been off, and closed, so it smelt and was growing mould. We had to wait for checkin as Elizabeth was out, which was not ideal. The flowers in the vase when we arrived were also dying and the vase dirty at the front desk.

The beds were so comfotable and the linen was lovely. High qulaity. The bathroom was really lovely and I loved the clinique toiletires. The breakfast was great, lots of options and really fresh. Elizabeth was really friendly.

The host is lovely. Location is about 1.5 km from the center but the hotel has bicycles and the road is flat. Easy and convenient! It is very quiet, the bed is amazingly comfy and the breakfast has everything you can wish for. Free parking is also a nice extra. We felt relaxed and very well taken care of. Thank you, Elisabeth!

I have nothing to remark. Everything was great.

The hostess has been one of the kindest and most helpful I've met in a long time. The room was beyond beautifully designed, as was the whole facility, very clean! Breakfast is probably the best I've ever had at any hotel/hostel/airBnb... Distance to Salzburg is definitely walkable (10-15 mins) so you have the benefit of being in a quieter neighborhood while also being close to the city-center. DEFINITE recommend.

The room's furniture felt outdated, which was a bit disappointing. The lack of wifi signal in the room was a significant inconvenience. The cleaning crew consistently removed used glasses from the room but didn't replace them with new ones, leaving us with an ongoing shortage.

The room was impressively spacious, and the bathroom was great. The noise-proof windows added to our comfort, and the hotel's lovely garden provided a tranquil setting. If you're a cheese lover, you'll relish the breakfast spread.

- The way they serve the breakfast as one arranged plat to your table is not suitable for everyone's choice, i think if they put the food on the big table a let everyone choose their food would be much better. - At first, we stayed in a suit that we did not like at all, looks old and abandoned, and the corner of the rooms had a spider web and dead insects (we asked for another suit but our request was rejected as the hotel was fully booked, so we were downgraded to double room without any refund). - I think they should take care of cleaning the rooms and the garden better. - Also the rooms have no aircon or even a fan for hot summer days. - No fridge or kettle service in the room or in the kitchen at night.

Taxis find it hard to find the entrance. It was very hot when we visited so a mini fridge would have been good to keep water cold also a kettle with tea and coffee in room would have been good as breakfast was from 8am so we had been up and packing for a while before that.

Beautiful garden, lovely flowers and decoration. Close to city centre with good transport links.

The room was very large and a beautiful view of the garden it felt very private.

The lady that met us first was not able to understand us she showed us a piece of paper with guest names and asked us to pick a name which she then ticked. She waved her arms in the direction of our room. We never met anyone other staff until the next morning at breakfast. The room was large and so was the bathroom, which had no shower! There was a lovely view of the garden. A chocolate on each pillow. The bed linen didn’t smell fresh and when the room was cleaned the used glasses were left no replacement of water just fresh towels. The breakfast was meats yogurts and bread, we asked for bacon and eggs and then duly arrived. The lady was pleasant but not there only at breakfast the main door was locked all the time. The location was very good a bus just across the road and a lovely walk or cycle into town along by the river. There are bicycles at the hotel free to guests.

One of the most charming hostesses I ever met. Genuinely friendly and generous with a lot of trust in her guests (the kitchen wasn't locked which enabled us to boil some water and have our tea after a heavy rain shower). Tasteful interior design. I liked the place a lot

Location. Not close to the active part of the city. One mile away by foot. Taxi expenses can mount.
