These are good budget apartments. It's a three-room apartment, but each room is locked with a key. I liked that there is private parking in the yard. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center.

Be aware, that during self check-in, you enter through a back entrance of the building. After you find the keys and get through door, you are in a basement of the biulding! With all the storage boxes around. Seems a bit strange, but just keep calm and go to the door that are later on your way if you go straight. Then you enter to a nice looking staircase. You can use elevator to reach your flat on 4th or 5th floor. After you get in with one of the keys, the other is for your room.

It's clean and well furnished. Also good location not that far from city center and cheap price. Self check-in is possible as well.

We arrived quite late and it was a bit scary to pick up the keys since you had to walk around the house where it was super dark. On the other hand, it was obviously nice to be able to be flexible with picking up the keys where you wanted to

The place was in walking distance to the train station which was very practical for our stay. Comfortable room and nicely equipped kitchen.

The self check in process seemed to cause some problems, I ended up assisting the other 2 parties with getting into the apartment as they were unsure on how to. I also had difficulty with the apartment number but the host was responsive when I called to ask. The curtains in the bedroom were nearly non existent so lots of light can come through also which would heat the room up quite quickly. There is currently some roadworks which started at about 6-7am, outside of the hosts control but worth noting!

The room was very spacious. There is a really nice new from the balcony in the room I had also. Good value for money for a quick stay!

It is a three bedroom apartment where each of the rooms has a separate key and you'lll share the apartment with strangers. The walls were really thin and everything from the bathroom could be heard in our room. The door for our room closed only with a hard pull and made a noise that everyone in the apartment could hear. Outlet near bed could only be used if the night light was removed. No mirror and bin in the room.

I think that the main issue in this apartment is the boiler and it needs to be sorted somehow. We arrived late afternoon and long story short- there was no hot water until morning the next day. There were only 2 other people in the apartment and hot water was apparently all used. The boiler is allegedly set to start heating at 10pm- we went to sleep around midnight and our only option was to have an icy cold shower. The staff was responsive via booking however did not offer anything other than information that it should work. Another thing which was concerning were the hotel forms of some sort laying around the apartment. I’m not sure what Data Protection regulations are in Austria but I don’t think that someone’s personal & sensitive information incl. name; d.o.b., passport number and expiry should be just left in the room for anyone to see, this is not ok.

Good location, walking distance to the centre. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine available. Fairly clean.

The property is not marked at all, I did not like the self check in procedure, your key is put in the keybox but it is small and it is very hard to find it.

A few private rooms in the appartment on 6th floor with shared bathroom and kitchen, the room is basic but nice and clean, nice views from the balcony, fast wifi, free tea and coffee

Doors squeak or don't close. (bathroom door) Very expensive but yet again it was F1 GP weekend.

It was very surprising that it is actually one apartment in which they have 3 rooms that are locked and that are actually rented individually. We were unpleasantly surprised when we ended up with two strangers in one apartment. Fortunately, the strangers were polite and quiet, however, you should carefully check whether you will have the whole apartment to yourself or not.

It was easy to get in touch with the staff.

This is a big apartment with three rooms where other people have also stayed, with shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. People were running washing maschine until midnight, and it was hard to fall asleep because of other people moving around and doing stuff.

Location and price were okay.

clean, value for money, check-in possible at 12 noon! The rooms are nice, on the 6th floor, the kitchen is fully equipped. I will definitely come back if I'm in Graz.
