Exceptionally helpful staff

The room had a weird smell, of old, moisture or mold from somewhere, and other things…could not fresh it out with just letting fresh air coming…the eating table was of reinforced glass not very kids friendly with sharp corners…had to improvise a protection of sorts…the small beds were uncomfortable, matress too soft and beds were making scratchy noises at every turn…overall a little price (sky seazon, I get it, crowded everywhere)…

The location was excellent: close to the center, bus station, the slopes, the supermarket. Superb view to the mountains! The apartment was large with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a balcony, very useful. The room and bath were clean, bathrooms large and hot water at any times, no weird smells or water noises. Breakfast was good, same things every day but a large variety to have options for 7 days. Staff was nice and friendly. I could find a few days parking for free in front of the hotel.

As we were not aware that cleaning had to be requested we ran out of toilet and tissue paper. We would expect daily cleaning to be included in the price. More skiing and rental information would be great.

Receptionist and staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel Restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced in an otherwise expensive resort. Great to have parking facilities.

The staff was very nice and super helpful. We took advantage of many dinner options, that they recommended. The ski room was excellent-secure and safe with a wall of boot warmers. Morning Breakfast buffet had something great for everyone. We loved sitting in the well appointed tyrolian room every morning. Fabulous bar and lobby lounge area to relax in with a cold beverage. We enjoyed eating dinner in the dining room one night.

Breakfast was far above average, I travel a lot for work and this was one of the best certainly. Room is a little outdated design wise, but everything is clean and comfy.

It was very hot that day and the room as well. For how nice the hotel is and the price, I would have thought air conditioning or fans or anything to help cool down the room would be there.

Staff is very friendly and even offered us some Prosecco upon arriving. Great location to walk to restaurants.

We had a family suite...the window blind in the small bedroom facing the patio was pretty much semi-transparent and it was easy for anyone in the patio or other bedrooms to see into the room when the light was on. They could easily fix this with an extra blackout blind.

The receptionist (cannot recall his name) was very friendly and inviting. On arrival we were given a glass of prosecco. The next day's female receptionist was also very cheery. Breakfasts were amazing....the staff were very helpful with our non-gluten and non-lactose requirements and there was a great variety of food. Despite the room looking over the main road the traffic did not disturb our sleep. The hotel was also very clean.

Parking of the car can be somewhat tricky, since only one-way street leads to it (had to round the block to get there).

Exceptionally good breakfast with plenty of choices. Parking available at the back of the hotel. Not far from cable car station.

We got the nicest welcome from a male reseptionist. He offered us a procceco as a welcomdrink, and he were so helpful and charming. It set the tone and feeling for us, and we enjoyed the stay. A Big Plus that we had a balcony to enjoy the welcome drink.

we were lucky to find a parking lot, although i feel there is not much parking space the hotel can offer.

The room could do with a bit of touch up for things like chipped paint on furniture and the bathroom door, just general maintenance. Hoover under the bed and shelves that are higher up in the wardrobe.

Great half board option, delicious local cuisine with good choices for starters and mains. Excellent breakfast. Hot shower and warm rooms. Friendly staff, cute hotel dog. Convenient location for town and river walks. If you do alpine skiing then it's a 10-15 min walk to the cable car.

The hotel was incredibly warm especially in the evenings and at night with no way of controlling temperature except by opening windows and doors..

Too soft mattress - personal preference. Not enough vegetables/salads - dinner. Apart from the above all was great.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Good breakfast and dinner, however would like to see more vegetables/salads with the evening meal. Great hotel. I would stay here again.

Einwandfrei! Absolutely, a sophisticated lobby bar, very good relax center (sauna+spa), the food was delicious and with its variety it can satisfy every preference.
