It would have been nice to have a slightly larger trash can in the room, but otherwise no complaints!

The room was very tidy and the beds were soft and comfortable. The matching furniture was classic and tasteful. The view from our room was amazing! Looking straight onto the beautiful snowy mountains. Great water pressure and hot water as well. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of options and soft boiled eggs. Wonderful and homey atmosphere.

The weather was a little bit cold and it would be very helpful if the room will equipped with kettle to drink something hot.

The location is very spacious. It's 5 min ealking from the train station . The view from our room was amazing. The owners their very helpful.

It would be great if it had a small fridge. Also, the young students above me were very loud one evening. I had to go downstairs for the owner to fix the issue.

Great location with a view of Schneeberg at sunset. Every room has a balcony. My room was very quaint, but it had all that I needed.

A bar that was open from 5-10pm

The breakfast was very nice. Local area style breakfast with cheese, bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, coffee, tea, etc. The view is also beautiful and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Flat pillows for my taste. Breakfast ending could be extended to 10 instead of 9.

Fantastic view of the mountains from a large balcony. Love the wood work and the family athmosphere created by nice owners. Super location, 5 minutes walk to Salamander train. Simple good breakfast: cold cuts, jams, few veggies, cereal, 2-3 type of bread.

Was not fond of the traditional teutonic toilet—it worked fine, but the design is jarring for overseas visitors.

Room was clean and attractive. Breakfasts were good—good food in generous portions at a buffet. Loved the outside deck and the view of Schneeberg. Great location to explore the town on foot. Loved the overall feel of the place.

I had a very nice stay here. My room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Plenty of space with closet and sitting area. Also had a small patio with great mountain view. Breakfast was excellent. A good selection of meats, fruit, bread, cereal and beverages. The WiFi was very good. Great location only a couple of minutes from the town center and bus stop. The train wasn't running during my stay. The proprietors were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was warm in the evening and with the widow open people chatting on their balconies could clearly be heard, but not excessive. Not really anything to do with the accommodation, but the village itself seemed very dead at 21h00. This was August, high season.

Excellent views, large room with balcony and large bathroom. Buffet breakfast was all part of the excellent value. We were travelling by train 🚆. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station.

Actually nothing too bad to mention

I had room for one and the furniture was quite old, but the room was really clean - actually the old furniture gives you "holidays at grandparents" vibes so it can be nice. Also the bed was really comfy! The breakfast was a bit poor (at least from my austrian experience), but still you could get base of everything what is ordinary for AU breakfasts. What I appreciated the most were staffs - they are so so kind and helpful! I really felt welcomed. Also the pension has wonderful garden where you can relax :)

I think that toilet seat renovation would be required soon. The old ones are not comfortable enough.

I really liked terrace and view at Hochschneeberg. The hotel is close to town center and train station, where one can get a ride with Salamander Zug. The rooms have a bit dated, but well maintained furniture. Free parking space is also an advantage.

All the rooms have excellent views no matter which side their facing. The property is located in a very cozy and nice village in the middle of mountains. The staff were extremely friendly during both check in and breakfast.

In the bathroom were missing a soap and shower gel. The quilts were very thick and the first night we couldn't sleep well. Then we took out them from the sheets and was OK. Around only one restaurant "Schwarzer Adler" was working when the other restaurants were closed, so 3 days only there for dinner. :)

The place is very near to train station and also enough far from the main street, so no noise from it. The pension is clean and good arranged, nice and kind hosts, very beautiful view from the balcony to the hills and Schneeberg. We received a paper for discounts for the train to Schneeberg, what saved us some money. The breakfast was plentiful and enough. The chambermaid was visiting the room every day.

There was no shampoo in the shower. However, when I asked the cleaning staff they immediately brought us one.

Breakfast was very nice. We stayed just for one night. You could grab beer all the time and just pay at the end.
