I do not recomend this apartment! Apartment that I received wasn't one I booked! Instead of 2 rooms and living room, we received 1 room and living room (of course we paid for 4 people and bigger apartment). Costumer service staff couldn't do anything, we waited for few hours only to receive information that he contacted his manager and that was the end. No interest at all, even after we left the place no one reached out to us about this situation. Also additional roommates in form of cockroaches didn't help the experience. Again I emphasize I do not recomend!

the building is completely destroyed, writings on the walls, stairs destroyed with garbage bags in the stairs, screams can be heard from the other apartments. Inside the apartment it is dirty, no one has ever washed or dusted it, there is an infestation of cockroaches, and there is hair everywhere, everything you touch is completely dusty and the insects attack you. I have video e a lot of foto. After 9 hours we left that apartment

The host did not answer our phone calls and gave only automatic messages over email. We did not get sheets for all customers. The building is in bad condition.

I am ver sad to say that this apartment was definetly one the worst apartments iv been so far. The place smelled of mold, was dusty and unclean. There were bugs coming from under the refrigerator which was also filled with melting watter and was licking. Not functional tv and internet were smaller problem compared to the previosly said. I am very easy going and me and my family dont need to much but this was true disaster. The place was far from what it was shown on the photos. I didnt allowed this situation to ruin our two day visit of Vienna. We stayed there for one hour and so and we left and i went to the first available hotel around the corner which had normal conditioins to stay. The guy which i contacted through Whats up, who was connected with the company that rents the apartment apologised for the incoviniences but said that refund was not possible. That was also very strange. My visit to Vienna is now over. I really hope that this will not happen to somebody else again and that people who book and pay will.get what they really paid for.

1. The picture is not a the reality big difference for example the toilet is dirty. the leaving room has not the sofa in the picture. The other room is toooo smal. 2. It smelled very strongly hashish we opened all the windows we spoke with the owner, he could help us with something it's smelled too much hashish that it's was hard to sleep. 3. The building is old and dirty and a bit scary.

it’s the worst apartment i had even met. Awful smell, old furniture, everything uncomfortable, old house . very bad registration service that took too much time. they received money immediately and you can’t refuse cad choose another flat
