No reception after 1900 hours, when we arrived it was rather creepy, dark and no soul anywhere. We found the key to our room by mistake, we were thinking that we would spend the night in the car!

It was all good fir me.

It was really well located, just before the mountain pass. The rooms were very spacious, with an outside, good restaurant with live music, big breakfast, lots of choice. Very good value for money.

The room 21 was very nice but maybe a darker courtains would help to keep the room dark during the night.

The single room was very small and had no refridgerator, no coffee maker, and the restaurant would not provide us coffee for the room. Only coffee provided with a paid breakfast.

The apartment was very comfortable, had nice ammeneties (dishwasher, dishes, towels) and the price was reasonable. Being under the longest Tibetin walking bridge in the world, was an extra bonus...

Person at the reception did not seem really motivated, looked bored and a bit unfriendly. Property urgently needs an update. Overpriced for such a rundown property. Matrasses are very word out.

the location - highline 179 - the longest suspension bridge in the world, in the middle of historical place( Ehrenberg) very well arranged that can be visited until 10 pm, proximity to Hohenschwangau & Neuschwanstein Castle, Fussen & other attractions the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. everything looks like new, we don't know how long the room was in use, but it was very well maintained. view - we stayed in the restored part of the Alte Kaserne in the Bastion room and had a view towards the old entrance (Klause) and highline 179

I would love to have a small kettle in the room. There is no place to get hot tea or coffee after kitchen closed.

restaurant was disappointing. Disappointing in the way that we cloud not eat there. I understand that there was a weeding or other kind of booked party, but we where told that till 20:00 we can order then we get to know that we can choose from 4 option and then suddenly that we can not order nothing. When you are traveling with kids that are hungry and such surprise shows it is not ideal

Dinner was dissappointing, we booked for 7:30pm and was rushed to make our choices within 5 minutes as the kitchen was closing????? When the meal arrived, two dinners were luke warm and two were returned as the meat was cold in the centre. So, avoid having a meal or check they are not under pressure before ordering.

Great location next to the Highline bridge. Good facilities and comfortable rooms. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Plenty of places to explore nearby.

No bottled water or tea pot in the room. No way of having a coffee or tea. The room has a dinning table but nothing else (no cups, plates, silverware), I don't understand the point of having a table in the room. The restaurant only had 2 options on the menu at 7pm on a Sunday/Holiday weekend. It would be nice to have discounted tickets for the bridge/car if you are a guest.

Location and parking is convenient for the suspension bridge, and sight seeing of the ruins. Nice touch of mini chocolates on the beds. The rooms were also fairly clean.
