It would be great to have more possibilities to hang out the towels. There is plenty of room for it in the bathroom.

We generally like the place and come back regularly. There are many positive things, but things in the bathroom slowly need some replacement in some rooms.

The terraces are all next to eachother so no privacy on the bacony.

Really nice big spacious rooms with a large bathroom and kitchen, good value for money! Check-in was simple (once you find the check-in counter) and check-out even simpler. Parking is at the other side of the building compared to the address (so keep that in mind when using your navigation) but plenty of spaces to park. Also options to relax and buy a cold beer at the vending machines. Great concept!

We like this place and been there now many times in the last three years. I would recommend it, although you can see that things are not new anymore and there should be some little corrections and changes (e.g. toilette seats, or the wifi). Or a little more hooks in the bathroom for the towels.

price-performance was not satisfactory in terms of price. But performance was ok.

Every thing was ok. We made easy self check-in with screen. Room was big and comfortable enough. Free parking was also an advantage.

Sun in the west heatet the room. No AC and the louvre was raised each day.

I was wondering what to do in the emergency situation if no personnel were in the hotel... It would be great to have a card in the room mentioning that.

Size of the room and how much the rooms were clean. Moreover, the possibility to cook is awesome!

Between the check-in entrance and the garage entrance, that part is all a little difficult to reach and handle, but it's worth staying.

The rooms are very nice! Except for the tea and coffee you even get candies in the room everytime. I go here often since it feels like a small home there.

Only thing that bothers me, the internet connection. Speed is horrible and I mean it. That is the only thing about this hotel that really is frustrating.

This hotel is awesome. Clean room, big bed, nice bathroom, contactless check-in. There is nothing to complain to. Even localization is ok. Gotzis is a small town, but close to LIE-SUI-AUT border line. Wish every hotel is the same

It is difficult to find parking garages - although the garages are a short distance below the hotel, the navigation will take you elsewhere. The rooms are without air condition, in the morning there was a lot of noise from the staffs and it was impossible to sleep. The rooms deserve to be painted and some dishes were dirty :(

Online check in is fine, free coffee, rooms were nice and bright. Comfortable bed and dog friendly place.

it was little bit complicated to find parking area on the ground floor but everything is great of the hotel facilities.

Outstanding!!! room was super clean and we had very beautiful stay in Austria. I highly recommended to stay here. you won’t be regret! but for parking was little bit complicated to find the ground area unless that everything is great!!!! ☺️❤️

Internet could be a bit better, and there could be more places for towels in the bathroom, but these are smaller things.

It was our 4-5 times here, and we will probably come back. Self checking is easy, basic equipped apartment, good parking.

Self-check-in was far too onerous. Why mot.a simple QR code and a verifying question. Having to check in, and essentially re-enter all our details that the hotel should already have, with 10 other guests waiting on the single terminal, is not ideal. It should be a lot easier than it was.

Fantastic rooms. Very comfortable, clean and new.

it’s a bit confusing to check in. there is no people. you check in but it’s not obvious that you have to go to another building. finding the way to the car park is the same. me and another person had exactly the same problem. it’s easy but could be explained better
