We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe beds were a bit hard and the temperature control was difficult, either too stuffy with the windows closed, or too cold with them open. The rooms are also getting to the stage where they will need updating soon. The heated outdoor pool also should be a few degrees warmer than it was, it just wasn't warm enough for an outdoor pool.
Amazing breakfast options, all the staff so friendly and helpful. The spa and relaxation area is superb.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, immaculate room and a great range of Spa facilities. No expense has been spared in any area of Huber's. Definitely a 5 star establishment by comparison. We will definitely return.

Beautiful family run hotel in a great location in Mayrhofen/Zillertal- just minutes on foot from the gondola to start your ski adventure, and also a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Mayrhofen. The service is exceptional and the food first rate. The rooms are very clean and offer the latest amenities. Make this your first choice for the Zillertal and Mayrhofen.

Warm, cosy, very friendly staff, well located (right near the snow lift). The heated pool and sauna facilities were amazing to wind down in. Christian at the bar and the lady at breakfast went above and beyond for us.
