Parking might cause some problem, but can be solved. I missed warm meals from breakfast, but could have other good foods on the table.

It is in the downtown, the furnitures are hotel grade, staff and service is really good. We got Karinthia cards free which spared us some money. Staff is very kind.

Pillows in the bedrooms weren't the best.. and the shower head holder was broken in the shower. Other than that it was absolutely fine!

stayed for the ironman - breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating for all athletes. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the vent. Free shuttle bus down to the start in the morning too. Very close to Ciao Ciao city which is good for pre race meals

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Kalgenfurt. It's on the higher floors of an office block, so from outside doesn't look impressive, but the inside is great. It's a small hotel and the service is very personal. There were many families staying there.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. I was able to check in at midnight after keys were left for me. Breakfast was a traditional Austrian affair, I really liked this hotel…

The hotel does not offer any parking possibility so we had to park further in the street for a fee. The equipment was very basic and old-fashioned, we felt like moving back in time twenty years. The hotel is classified with 4 stars and was expensive, however, its standard was much lower and did not offer any special services. The only advantage was the location in the city centre.

The breakfast was rich and the waitress was nice.

The pillows were thin and not so comfy for us. Next day we discovered extra ines in the warderobe. The aircondition was very loud. Only few parking spots available. We parked on the street on the end of the block.

We were family of 4. We stayed in room 51. We had one large dubble bed and sofa which was really wide and comfortable. There were 2 conbected rooms, each had tv, the first room also chairs and small table. Bathroom big, very clean and with bathtub. Breakfast good, lots of choices, they also fries eggs, bacon,... On request.

I was there for Ironman Austria and they were more than accommodating. On race day they had breakfast ready at 4am and also organised transportation to the transition area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend especially for Ironman athletes

Location was amazing, breakfast was good and the room was very much okay! I had everything I needed, although the bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but that's fine!

The bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows and a very squishy mattress. The room had AC but no controller so we didn't get the control until the second day and couldn't sleep the first night because it was hot.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good.

There was no parking available, we had to look around on the streets but there was not a problem to find it though. There is no elevator. The rooms were average.

Nice staff, great location, right in the centre of the city. Very good breakfast although not very different from simple 'gasthouses' in Austria. Nice staff, especially at the reception. We got a little souvenir - cute dragon, the symbol of the city :)
