We had some issues with broken dishwasher: the technicians were sent by the host, but it wasn't repaired.

There was really unpleasant smell came from the drain in the bathroom in the beginning. Thankfully it went away after we let water ran for a while.

We were placed in a different style of accommodation than the one described on the website at the beginning. However, after a few discussions and messages, we agreed on the proper one.

Very clean room in a renewed building. The furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee machine. You may walk to the old town in 20 minutes.

There was no curtain on window above bed, so the sun wakes you up early in the morning.

We did not get the code to enter the building. Some other people had to open it for us. Wi-Fi did not work

Communication with hosts were repetitive and 40 euro for early check in is unlike any experience we had during a 2 1/2 month stay in Europe. It made us feel like hosts were corporate and uncaring because we explained that we were walking and it was rainy when we arrived and we had nowhere else to go. Also, it is very bright in the bedroom because two windows had no curtains at all. I write a note that the hairdryer was a fire hazard, smelled like it was burning and overheated and quit to it cooked down.

Clean and comfortable. The way it was decorated made it feel larger than it is.

No lift access for first floor. Near by parking is 5 mins walk from the property . No chance of stopping in-front of the property to get down luggages. Apartment layout.

A bit too low water pressure in the top floor of the building. The third consecutive person to take the shower ran out of warm water. Blackout shades only in the bedroom, not in the living room which sleeps 2 people.

Fully renewed apartment in renewed building with functionally furnished kitchen and laaaarge bathroom. Impressive view of the snowy peaks around the city trough large roof windows.

Modern, very clean and comfy apartment. The facilities and the bed are excellent. No washing machine though, should you need it (it's not mentioned in the description, just to clarify).

It seems they smoked in the flat before us: in the bathroom there was a solid smell during all 3 days of stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom was too low for someone to have a proper shower. Also the code did not work when we first arrived but the property management responded immediately and that was highly appreciated.

The location is great with access to public transport, food and groceries. Also the view from the rooms were amazing with the Austrian Alps.

Poncctual with the code, I like the flexibility of the check-in. The code digitizer at the main entrance should be replaces as the buttons are not all sensitive to the level of touch

The Partment was comfortable over all and the kitchen cames in handy. Unfortunately it smells like someone had been smirking indoor lately

I would put more towel holders/hookers in the bathroom and provide bacis kitchen accecories like salt, basic spices, oil. The elevator is half level up or down, so not at the level of the apts. If you have heavy luggages be prepared. We parked on the street nearby on Saturday night and thought that it would be free. We were fined.

We missed curtains/blinds in the living room, as there was direct view from the outside. Sofa bed not too comfy. Minor repairs required.

Functional flat with all essential facilities. Good location if you look for easy access the airport and the motorway, otherwise a bit on the fringes. Free on-street parking during weekends. Quiet neighbourhood.
