I feel like they could have had a cleaner in for the bathroom more often. Perhaps a bin in the bathroom too would have been good but it was nothing too disgusting.

I stayed room 9 and when we arrived there, window is broken. I left message to hostel about that and no action. The room has completely no air. I can't image if I stayed longer..

Our room window did not open which made it very hot and suffocating. Toilets were always overcrowded any time of the day. There were no spoons or forks in the kitchen.

The bunk beds were a bit squeaky and it seemed like the metal bars were easily bending but in the end it didn't cause any issues, more of an issue was that on the last night of our stay the keypad on the entry to the building got broke and none could get in without someone on the inside letting them in (I'm assuming none had a backup key), in the end at around 2-3 AM we blocked the door from fully closing

The place was surprisingly clean and easy to check into considering that this booking is on the cheaper side, the rooms are all unlocked by a number combination, for the first time I never had to carry any keys which felt super advanced (a backup key should be available on request just in case)

The bathroom. And the lack of staff. There was never any toilet paper, and this isn’t the fault of the place, but another guest YANKED open the locked door on my girlfriend while we was using the bathroom. He destroyed the hinges and the door never closed again the rest of our stay. We ended up having to buy our own toilet paper.

It was nice to have a big room for the three of us! Great location and the beds were comfortable!

There are very few kitchen ware and appliances compared to full capacity of the object.

Location is very good. It has easy acces. Beds are very comfortable.

very small for 3 people. no living room or sofa space. so when you enter you end up sitting on the bed. T our window went out onto the street therefore curtains had to be closed most of the time for privacy. bathroom was clean but there wasn’t always a bathmat, so it wasn’t a pleasant experience to shower.

The bathrooms were very humid, there amways was water spilled on the floor because the shower AND the toilets were leaking. We didn’t see any personal working here but maybe someone at the recepetion would be good. We had no clue there were wifi until the end, there’s one coffee machine for everyone (and not one per room like it is written) and the dispenser machine was empty all the time.

It was very clean, and comfortable. The tramway is so close it’s usefull.

One of the bathrooms could have benefitted from being a little cleaner, or to have its shower doors replaced so water didn’t spray onto the floor. The pillows were also extremely flat.

The room was simple, accessible, and comfortable. The staff were responsive and dealt with a booking complications we had made efficiently.

There are only 2 bathrooms (shared by 7 or 8 rooms) so we have to wait a lot to use the bathroom, as it is always occupied. Also, the bathroom wasn't very clean.

Great location - transport in to the city literally right at the front door. Easy check in and comfortable room for the price paid. Would happily stay again.

Just 2 bathrooms for like 10 rooms, and they are wc and shower in one same bathroom, so on mornings and evenings it gets suuuper difficult to use one, you need to be aware of that. Also there was not hot water in all of our stay! We tried showering in different times of the day to check if anytime would be better, but it was always cold! Kitchen is super simple, super small fridge, and coffee machine doesnt even tekl you the price or how to use it. Also rooms dont have ventilation at all.

The beds were comfortable, and the check in was super easy to do with all the information they provided.

A lot, first was very very hot and I asked for a fan for cooling the air and the answer was "we don't have anymore" but neither of the rooms had any fan. The next bad thing was the location, outside, every night were homeless men that were aggressive, were lots of strange guys at the next gas station that were screaming and doing drifts
