We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe fridge in the room was super loud, we had to unplug it before going to bed every night. Pillows were very uncomfortable, like 90% of air. Breakfast was a bit boring, always the same every day, and it only starts at 8 am, which is a bit late. If we booked a skischule at 9am, it would be very challenging to be there on time. My children were always asking for food between 7 to 8.
The hotel is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Very nice location, close to all the shops and the ski area.

BelgiumFirst of all: the staff! The owners and all the staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. We appreciated this enormously. You immediately feel at home. It’s a beautiful and very typical hotel. Comfortable rooms, well equipped (including little kitchenette). All necessary amenities were present. Furthermore the rooms were very clean. We equally adored the breakfast buffet. There is a large parking so you don’t have to worry about finding a place in Seefeld. A special thanks to Angelica and Eric, perfect hosts.

The front desk and owners were exceptionally friendly. We were welcomed very warmly and even got an up-grade to a family suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is indeed located very centrally. Breakfast buffet was generous.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. It is a lovely, warm, friendly hotel, ideally located in the centre of beautiful Seefeld, close to the railway station, with welcoming owners and reception, excellent staff, super clean bedrooms, first-class food and restaurant service. We look forward to going there again.
