We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

What a fantastic stay !. The staff ( everyone) are excellent. Attentive, professional and yet still personal and warm. We felt immediately welcome, the owner took real time and attention to get to know us. The rooms are super, the wellness area is excellent. Our recommendation, give the restaurant a try. The food is amazing, the wines on offer are superb and its a real treat. Okay the prices reflect the high quality and standards of the ingredients and preparation. Its not a schnitzel and chips place !!.... but its a wonderful menu, great service and a bit of gourmet flair in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

Czech RepublicThere were only two minor things, but really minor - there is wellness with pool and sauna, but for some reason, I expected a whirlpool (which would be very nice after a whole day of walking). And there is no fridge in the rooms. But this is really just expectation management rather than what I didn't like. The positives are much bigger, these are just minor details.
The location was great, we had a nice welcome drink, the hotel was very nice and we even got an automatic upgrade. Anke at the reception was super-nice and super-useful. Can highly recommend.

GermanyReally good foam mattresses, unfortunately (depending on your build) they are on the softer side. Sound isolation from the hallways is not the best.
Awesome welcome & host. Really good breakfast. Brand new saunas (60C and finnish). The pool is actually big enough that you can do some swimming! And it's on the third floor. Absurdities like that have to be supported. I got an upgrade from "standart" to "superior" double room, just because the rooms were available - that's the kind of mindset the owners have :)

BelgiumThe "Mara" dinner restaurant didn't live up to expectations. Although the restaurant area was stylish, the waiting staff very attentive and the wine list good, the portions were too small (you need a 3 course meal to avoid leaving hungry), too pricey and the dishes were lacking in both preparation and seasoning. Some of the side dishes (eg. the gratin dauphinois) were simply inedible. Not worth the money, better to eat in the Dahuam restaurant across the street instead which had very good food.
Excellent location for skiing (100 meters from the Dorfbahn), good rooms and the owners really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. There is a spa area with a small pool and saunas, which was great after a day of skiing. The breakfast was also very good! All in all highly recommended!

IsraelWe spent two wonderful nights at the Central Hotel, Gerlos. The hotel itself is very elegant, tastefully decorated, well-kept and it is impossible not to notice that every detail gets the attention of the hotel management. The hotel facilities are of a high standard, the rooms are cozy and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The manger, Mrs. Anke, turned out to be a very energetic, kind and warm woman and took care to make our stay at the hotel pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the meal served to us in the evening was very good. Great hotel and we will definitely return to it in the future. It is highly recommended

GermanyThe WiFi reception in my room (104) was very poor. Parking situation is also bad. Not many parking spots for the hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Restaurant is super expensive.
The location is really nice. Lots of hiking routes around. The staff were also super friendly. They were very open to adjust my change of plans in the last minute. Decent Sauna and Swimming Pool.

Germanythe hotel is very good located. We had a room with a mountain view and balcony. Different restaurant and coffee options are nearby 1 min to 8 min walking. Also hiking trails are very close. The breakfast buffet was also really good.
