It was suuuper hot in the room.. Like sauna. We asked to turn off the heating, but nothing has changed. Also, if you are sensitive to noises, maybe it is not the best places for you - not all guests have common sense (both nights there was people who made so many noises - it looked like someone had party in the kitchen, tried to open our doors while were sleeping)

The room was clean and comfortable (even though it is small). Big plus - you can chill there. For the price it is very good place.

There were some details that I didn't like. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom during our whole stay (we had to buy it for ourselves). Also, it was extremely noisy (people having showers and using the hairdryer at 2am, people cooking and shouting at 4am). Although it is not the fault of the hostel that people are not respectful, the rooms are not very well isolated for noise, and there is no one controlling or closing common areas at night, and these are really close to some of the bedrooms.

The location and the price was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The kitchen has no ventilation/windows or doors so your bedroom is going to smell of anything the other guests or you cook. It's located on the ground floor and the whole wall that looks to the street is made of a massive blurred glass like a storefront. It's a bit unsettling at first because you can hear people on the street. The internet works well only near the router in the common areas.

The location is 5 min to Belvedere and the train station. 9 min to S-bahn where you can take S7 to the airport. It is directly linked to the city center (20 min by tram/metro). The toilets and showers get cleaned daily so they're quite clean even though there are only 4 of them for 14 rooms. Toilet paper runs out quickly so I suggest to buy some to keep in your room. The room was very clean and same as pictures. Self check in was smooth and they always replied at my messages pretty quickly. Kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher amongst others.

There was a lot of dust in our appartment, mostly seen on stairs or behind the couch. In the middle of the room there was a carpet which was really dirty by the look. It was really hot in the room, since it is really small one and I understand the radiator was on because it is February. We had opened window all our stay, and it was still really hot in the room, because there was no option to turn the radiator off.

Room was nice, really nicely furnished and I like the idea of the bed on "stairs". The location of the place was great, really near to main historical points and 15 minutes walk from the Hbf. Communication with the appartement owners was clear and simple. All instructions were sent to us.

The room was quite small for four people, and the window wouldn't open, making it uncomfortably hot inside. While it might not qualify as a direct problem with the apartment, the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom added to the inconvenience.

The apartment was situated in a delightful location, in close proximity to Belvedere Palace. Its cleanliness and aesthetic appeal were noteworthy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. All essential amenities were thoughtfully provided, contributing to an enjoyable stay. In summary, it was a highly satisfying experience.

The heating in room was very warm and we couldn't turn it down. Also despite the bathrooms being very clean there was never any toilet paper! We contacted the host through booking.com twice and were told she would talk to the cleaning company but there was no toilet paper for the whole 4 days we stayed (we ended up buying our own).

Comfy beds, clean rooms and large clean shared bathrooms. The kitchen was also great with everything you need to cook some basic meals. Good value $ and close to the train station too.

I didn't like the idea of the sharing bathroom, but for such a good price and short stay in Vienna, it's fine. No sink in the toilet, so to wash the hand, we must go to the shower room and wait in case someone is having a shower

The only drawback was the little amount of showers, it was sometimes difficult to get a turn. And it was specially unfortable that the only sinks to wash your hands and so on were inside the shower room, making it extremely unconvenient.

Shared bathrooms were not clean. WiFi did not work, I reached out about it twice, but they never responded. Crumbs were found in carpet and drawers. I stayed in room 13 designed for 4 people, and the standing room was so small that our two friends went to the hotel next door. There was absolutely no way our four suitcases would have fit in that room. If you only have backpacks, then good value for your money.

The rooms were very warm, during the night was very uncomfortable to sleep because of the heater. It wasn’t possible to change the temperature.

Reservation and checkin online complicated and codes did not arrive just when asked for it 3 times. Only 3 toilets and 2 showers for 15 rooms??? Not described properly in the description. If you need a stay for 1 night its ok but overpriced.

the room was awful and it couldn't sleep well in those 3 days. Room 1 should be cheaper than the other ones because who sleeps there is in some kind of disadvantage or it could not be a room at all, i think, because this room is near the front door and also behind some garage or something like that, so it has a lot of noises and lights all the time.

Amazing location real close to the bus station and city center, also the kitchen is huge and comfy which were things that we looked for when booking that place.
