The place is just to sleep, don’t expect reception, or other standard hotel offerings , it’s just a pansiyon (mansion). Some other rooms had no window, internet is just an AP with low speed. Main bed is fine but the coach for 3rd or 4th person is not comfortable

The bed pillows are a bit too large to be used comfortably to sleep. The main door to enter the building at night, when it's kept closed, should be fixed, as difficult to open.

Good quality of the room. The shower is especially large and comfortable. Good location, not too far from the center and well served by transport. I also received prompt assistance during the night via WhatsApp, when I had an issue with entering the building. Thanks

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, however the room was prepared just for 2 people, with no extra towels and sheet for the second bed. It was ok just for short stay.

Its a big appartment in the center of the city in walking distance from all the interesting places. The master bed was confartable.

Only a dribble from the bathroom tap. No remote for the TV although to be fair, I didn't report it as I wasn't planning to use it. The mattress was quite old, lumpy and sagging. The window was onto the building light shaft and the curtains so thin so that when a light went on in another room or corridor, it lit up your room at night. The room is sold as a triple but the main bed is a double frame with 2 single mattresses and duvets on. The third bed is a fold out camping bed but not sure where you could put it and still be able to open the bathroom door! Didn't matter to me as I was the only one in the room. The room had a thin door joining to another room with a noisy family in.

Excellent location,right on the main shopping Street with a metro station close by. Self check in was easy and worked well following the info provided by the helpful, online staff. Nice to have a fridge in the room.

1. Room extremely small, 2. Sliding door to the bathroom when pushed too far , gets out ot the track and blocks the exit , no possibility to leave the bathroom without external help 3,Instruction how to access the room not very clear - first entry was open which was misleading as we used the first code to next entrance. on the first floor there are 2 doores (left and right)but no info which room numbers are on which side. Information on the parking completely misleading. The only availability is Apollo parking, option to park on the street on public places is not available for non-residents as we were advised .

I am an oldschool traveler. I like places, where I can talk to a person behind a desk/reception. Here all was over an application. And as Murphy law goes, I had my mobile network problems throughout my stay... Imagine me being a solo traveler. I would get stuck outside of an appartment. I didn't like 1st door in the street level corridor being unlocked for most of times. I didn't like Hotel property (1st floor, in the staircase) door being unlocked for most of times. A bit expensive for a place without a proper table.

The best thing was the location, 20 min walk from historic center. One minute from appartment door to Underground station was top notch. Also the Mariahilfstrasse street is an excellent starting point. Also the one of the cheapest garages is Payucho next door MHstrasse 103.

The walls were too thin, we could here everything. The room wasn’t clean. We contacted the owner about the walls and tables being dirty and that was cleaned up the next day, big thanks for that. Besides that there were a lot of cobwebs in the wall corners and above the bed. For our room specific the lights from across the window were flickering all night and that was a bit unpleasant too.

The location was great, all the shops were close and so was the public transportation.
