I stayed there for 2 days, the first day at 4 pm. I took a shower, and after, there was no hot water. I was told water was used up and to wait for 20 minutes. I checked out, and there was still no hot water.

When I said that we are supposed to check out at 10, they responded “yes you need to check out at 10 am”. Unbelievable!!! We traveled and we have to continue the travel without being able to wash!! I have traveled all around the world and this was the worst experience ever.

There is a restaurant downstairs. As we were sleeping with an open window we were waken up by it in the morning.

Host was really nice. Room was very tidy. I loved self check in. In the city centre. Very close to metro station.

Incredibly bad experience. We had it booked for a night to go to a club nearby as we got back in the morning (around 4am) we found ourselves in a situation of not getting into the hotel as the front door was locked and couldnt be opened with the code given to us by the host. We legit tried everything no success we had to wait outside in the cold for 3!! hours while being dead tired until a lady living here with a key came and we got in through that. The host could not be reached at all,booking couldnt help either. If it wasn’t for the lady we would have been out there until 9am. We asked for a later check out time because we were left stranded by the host for this long but he just moved it by half an hour to 10am which led us to have like 2,5 hours of sleep. Horrible customer service to not admit to your mistake and give us a bit more time to stay. Never again worst experience of my life dont book here.

It was impossible to sleep at night, i could hear every other door opening at night and there was a draft that made my door sound like it was slamming every half an hour which would wake me up. It was also very hot in the room and opening the window to the central street made it even noisier. It was not very clean too unfortunately.

You start to have problems from the moment you enter the facility. The Internet access does not work. employees are extremely indifferent. there is no air conditioning. There is no parking facility. traveling only according to pictures and what is written on booking Extremely misleading, cleaning was not enough. Firstly, it isn't easy to find. It is more like an apartment turned into multiple private rooms. There is no hotel name anywhere in the street or inside. One must use multiple codes to get through multiple gates. Which isn't so bad, except the electronic lock/code devices are VERY well used, and don't instill much confidence that I'd get back into the room late at night. The pictures of the place are MUCH better than the place in reality. It is quite barren and without personality. The room is quite dark and stuffy and warm. One window which looked into an internal shaft. The mobile airconditioner unit was great to have, except that the outlet has to be hung out of the window, which of course means the window must stay open which is quite inefficient. The shower soap provided was very cheap and smelled like toilet cleaner. The shower drain was blocked and filled the shower base very fast and kept flooding the bathroom unless you stopped showering every few seconds to allow it to drain. This was made worse by the fact that only one towel per person was provided, no floot mat/towel, and no hand towels. So everything got very wet, and uncomfortable. The hairdryer provided must be the cheapest one I have ever seen - it didn't even get warm and was useless. Which again, aided to the 'everything wet' problem. Very little toilet paper was provided, which required me to buy my own. No tissues or anything else either. They had a kettle and two tea cups, but no spoons (??).

Very well located right off the Mariahilfe shopping street. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I like that it was self-checkin, and I got the access codes pretty quickly. Staff also respond quite fast. There was a little fridge which was helpful.

The bed was extremely creaky and unstable. No blinds so light from other rooms were so bright. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom like sewer. the address in google maps is listed 1km down the road, which they do not tell you before your arrival. overall it was not worth the money. too expensive for poor service and room quality

The room was tiny. In the description they wrote that its 139 ft with sitting area and coffee machine. When I said the stuff that my room was max 3×3 meters, they wrote "We are sorry for this mistake as we are in Europe we are not accustomed to the measure of feet, as we use cm here". So why they lie about 139 ft🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️and the sitting area with coffee machine is in the corridor, not in the room where it mush be according to the info😂😂😂😂😂 + its not actually a coffee machine. Its a coffee automat so you must pay for your coffee. It's better to go outside and to drink coffee in Aida near to this so-called hotel. Where I told the stuff that my room is completely not what I booked, they answered that I should pay extra FOR THE ROOM I ACTUALLY BOOKED AND PAID🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️They are cheaters.

There is nothing that is not likable at the property. For a solo traveler the room was very spacious and comfortable.

The heater was not working, the pillow was uncomfortable, no towels for face and hands, the water was going out from the bath and there was not a bathroom mat. There was few toilet papers. Also, if you wish to leave your luggages to a lobby after check out there is not a place to save them.

Nice location for shopping therapy, but not very close to the popular st.Stephan street. The represantative was always online to give you a feedback anyway.

it’s dirty, the bed and pillows are horrible, I had problems with the light and they didn’t fix. so, considering that the city has metro et good public transportation, it’s better to stay in another place.

I don't rate businesses with one-star lightly. Have a look at my other reviews: I love to award excellence. I don't love being pressured to publish a five-star review or speak to them privately (see attached image). I DID speak to them privately, twice, once to raise concerns when we arrived at our room and again after receiving that message. They were helpful in neither instance. Let's start from the top. First of all, the Google Maps placement of this hotel ***is NOT correct*** and I believe they have done this intentionally. The actual address is 101 Mariahilfer Straße which is a full kilometre and change west down the road. They have put their address on Google Maps as 101(0), which places it much further into the city centre. I fortunately followed the address rather than Maps but a lot of people will not. This is where the deceptions begin. But, to be fair, and I am trying to be fair - it's still a pretty decent location right over a U-Bahn station. Still, no need to be deceptive. There are amenities nearby, takeaways, coffee, and a Billa a short walk away. Even having the correct address, it was still difficult to find! Once you are booked into the hotel they send you forms to fill out with your details. It's a lot. Once you've done that, nearer your stay they send the instructions to gain access. Sounds fine but I'll share the issues with that shortly. There are FOUR total doors you need to navigate access to. The first one is 7 digits, the second is 4 digits, the third is 5 digits with a very finnicky device and the final door to your own room is 6 digits. That's a lot of numbers to remember. I managed ok because I had the intitiative to take screenshots on my phone before we left. I did NOT have data in Austria when we landed, and my battery was dying, but I managed to get into the room after we finally found the place.

However, there were some things that we were really disappointed with. This hotel is no where near where it says it is on maps. Still in a great location and very close to public transport links, but other customers need to be aware when booking that the maps are not accurate about its location. Also, this hotel is so noisy! We were woken throughout the night several times, every night. On one of the nights music was playing and we could hear the conversations/screaming/shouting of the people in the other apartments until half past 1 in the morning. They were in and out of their rooms, outside our room and up and down the corridor. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything. People were smoking in the corridor, meaning when we opened our door, our room smelled strongly of smoke. We were then woken up every morning at around 4 o’clock with people coming back in from their night out. Again, they were screaming and shouting, going in and out of their rooms and slamming doors. I informed the contact that this was a problem and they said they would mention it, but clearly nothing was dealt with that same night. This is obviously a flaw in having a hotel that has no staff present. Issues cannot be dealt with immediately. I have also seen that this has already been commented on in previous reviews, and still nothing has been actioned. after letting them know all of this, I had to chase a reply and still nothing was done. I will not stay here again and I would not suggest it as a place to stay for other people until they decide to improve the situation.

There were certain things that were great about this hotel, including; easy access and no check in required, good facilities, relatively clean, shower gel provided and we could reach them over WhatsApp and they responded straight away.
