Our stay was superb due to the great room, friendly staff and amazing location. There is a Spar right below the property, a metro next to it which made things very easy for us. The staff are very welcoming. Overall, we loved our stay and will surely stay here again.

However, we were allocated a disabled room, which seemed odd to me. I believe such rooms should be reserved for individuals who require them.

The accommodations were satisfactory, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the coffee was delightful.

Location just 3 minutes walk from underground. Good security system. Free coffee and tea at lobby Nice kitchen pantry with full utensils provided. Supermarket just at the ground level.

Bed was only okay.. quite hard with scratchy sheets. Couldn't seem to go below 21 degrees on the air conditioning so was quite warm at night although perhaps reception could assist with this (we didn't ask).

Room was beautiful, got given a high floor with decent views on request. Great bathroom with good, huge shower. Lovely bar / breakfast area on the top floor. Great to have laundry facilities too.

Hard to find parking in the area and hotel parking costs 30 EUR per day according to booking.com, but it's issue in whole Vienna, not only here. Recommend to use underground parking like payuca if you're coming by a car.

We stayed for one week in a studio and the room was cleaned only once according to the rules. On the other hand, inside there were all utensils and kitchen stuff at our disposal. The bed was not very comfortable since it was sagging in the middle.

Hotel Citadines Danube Vienna has excellent location. The metro station Kagran on U1 is just opposite to it. At an arm's length distance is the Westfield Donau Zentrum full of shops, bars and restaurants. Two metro stations away there is a beautiful park on the river all in lush greenery. The room and bathroom were neat and clean. One can enjoy Vienna's views from the top terrace which is fantastic particularly at night. To have a gym corner for free at the hotel was a great benefit for us. The staff was helpful and kind. We recommend hotel Citadines Danube to everybody that would like to feel relaxed and in high mood while in Vienna.

Air conditioning in the room was not working properly but we were able to open the window so not a big deal. The shower did not close to seal so bathroom flooded too much. Had to put towels on the floor to prevent from slipping.

Clean, new building and facilities, complimentary coffee tea and water in lobby, across the street from metro and bus station, mall with everything you might need. Very easy ride to downtown, so super convenient for our elderly companions. Staff was very attentive, quick check in and check out.

Due to 'environmental considerations' the minimum aircon temperature is 21 degrees, which I think is too warm for a comfortable nights sleep.

Great location. especially if relying on public transport. Classic room a good size, large bathroom. Close to Westfield shopping centre with multiple possibilities for food and drink. Very clean, free tea and coffee.
