Everything was perfect! Very clean room, friendly staff. Great location, just two minutes from Underground (15 minutes by underground from center) and 5 minutes from bus to Airport (Vienna Airport Lines (Postbus)). Free coffee and tea as a bonus. View from the room was also great. Next time we're in Vienna, we'll stay here again. Thank you!

Took us a while to find the entrance which was on 1st floor - you can get it from the elevator but easily to be missed.

Excellent room. Clean space. Location is good as there was a tube stop right outside the hotel entrance. They also offer really good coffee via free coffee machine. Friendly staff. Definitely highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable, as well as the bathroom and kitchen. Good quality equipment. The room was quiet. Good location close to the metro and shopping center.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms with a kitchen and all necessary utensils. There is a big grocery store next to the hotel. The metro station is in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby that makes great coffee. If your flight is after check-out, you can leave your luggage in a room next to the reception and pick it up later.

What turned me off was that I had absolutely no control over my room temperature!! The temp of the building is set internally and if you are too hot or too cold, too bad!! Not acceptable! Also beware that the entrance to the hotel is not on ground level. It took us a while to finally figure that out. Would be good if the hotel management puts up a sign on ground level to direct guests to the next floor up.

We had the studio and it was beautifully decorated and very clean with a nice kitchenette. Coffee is an available at lobby 24/7, staff is very nice and helpful. Property is rather new and close to train and bus station. There is also a huge mall across from this location and a supermarket right under the hotel.

The only drawback was the daily cleaning! Surprisingly it was not included in the booking and it was only available for an extra charge. Even the trash bins were not emptied and towels were not replaced daily. So I had to go all the way down to the reception if I needed to renew the toilet paper or towels (they didn't even bring it to the room on request). So, it is something you may consider especially if you want to stay there for an extended period.

It was a very nice hotel with new and modern interiors. we booked One-Bedroom Apartment which was very spacious, clean, and convenient. The price was reasonable. The hotel is not located in the city center but it's very close to the subway station so you won't have any problem for transport. The breakfast was not the best and can improve considering the price (But it was still fine and reasonable).

The Elevators are busy sometimes - not big deal

The hotel is amazing, the room is so clean, the facilities in our studio room were amazing. Everything was new and so clean. The hotel is located 2 minutes from shopping center, 1 minute from big spar supermarket, and 1 minute from public transportation. The free WiFi is very stable and fast. What else do you need on vacation? Free coffee/Tea/Water machine in the lobby 24 hours, very helpful front desk staff – always smiling and really nice. Use this Tip: To get to the Hotel Follow my Instructions: 1. Get off at subway station Kagran U1. 2. use the elevator to go down from station 3. look Forward and a little bit left – look for building with the name BASSENA. 4. after this building you will see 2 Escalators 5. simply go up the Escalator – the hotel is at the end of the escalator

Although when we booked on Bookong we were told that we did not have to pay in advance, when we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay in advance for the entire stay (3 days) and in addition to pay in advance for parking.

The breakfast was good, but it could be more diverse. Coffee (very good) and tea at your discretion day and night. The location is very good, although it is not central, it is very close to the metro station, so you can quickly reach any part of the city.

Our stay was superb due to the great room, friendly staff and amazing location. There is a Spar right below the property, a metro next to it which made things very easy for us. The staff are very welcoming. Overall, we loved our stay and will surely stay here again.

Bed was only okay.. quite hard with scratchy sheets. Couldn't seem to go below 21 degrees on the air conditioning so was quite warm at night although perhaps reception could assist with this (we didn't ask).

Room was beautiful, got given a high floor with decent views on request. Great bathroom with good, huge shower. Lovely bar / breakfast area on the top floor. Great to have laundry facilities too.
