in the first floor, except for few rooms, if you need to go to other's like mine, you need to do additional 3 steps and if you are with high hills and big luggage, it is uncomfortable. You do not have room service, nor machine where to get food at night.

the bathroom was very small, but super clean and nice.

I only stayed here because Vienna was in lockdown and therefore I needed a place nearby to be able to reach the city easily. This place met all my expectations. 10 min walk to Kaiserebersdorf station to the center of Vienna. Super clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, very cozy and warm room, and quiet place to sleep. Autocheck in after 8 pm, all easy and nice. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needed to stay somewhere to catch an early flight or to be somewhere in this part of the country. great choice.

Breakfast was 10 Euros extra, wish it could've been included in the price. But everything otherwise was great!

Everything was perfect for our needs. Staff were very friendly and sweet with my 3 year old. We were very close to the old town area and all the sites. Very pleased with our stay.

The facility has no employee after 20 and before 6. And there's no way you can get breakfast or something to eat during this period of time

It is extremely clean and functional and everything is clear explained. Besides, I traveled with a small dog and I literally had no issue.

Room windows are on the street side so sleeping with opened windows almost impossible. The room has equiped AC but it is controlled automatically, so doesnt matter what temperature you will choose - after few minutes settings will be reset back to 22 degres. For us it was too cold to sleep when AC is blowing straight in a head.

Room was really clean, and beds were comfortable. Very good and tasty breakfast. Not far from hotel there is a good bar with tasty food and live music! Also hotel has its on good parking.

Very small details in the room cleaning like not hanging up fresh towels so that it wasn't clear that they had been changed, and one morning the shower gel wasn't replaced, when there was less than a half bottle remaining, and used teabag wrapper was left on the tea tray. But actual cleaning was done well

I arrived late (after 22.30), my key was waiting for me in an envelope left outside. Security wise this could have been better, as anyone could have taken the key. The pin code on the door to open my tray did not worked.

I’ve asked for a quiet room, if possible. Was given room just at the back exit/entry to the hotel through probably their parking. Heavy door smashing hardly all the time, as people were passing by it till midnight and again as of very early in the morning. Like really big bangs all the time (room 105). Not ok. Thus cannot really give good points. As main meaning to go into a hotel is to relax during traveling and be able to rest. I certainly hope their other rooms upstairs are more quiet.

It was an issue finding somewhere to dine getting late after 10:00 am, looked quite deserted, nothing to see, only as a transit.

The air conditioning was not working properly and staff could not take care of it. Curtains does not block light. Room is not dark in the morning. 6am the room is lit.

The shower was broken when i first used it, the cleaner said I broke it and made me pay for the shower that I did not break. Very sad and disappointing. Also made me pay for the drinks that should be free. The man who was at the desk was not welcoming and did not allow me to discuss the shower problem.

The hotel’s secure parking area is very small and was full when I arrived at 8:30 pm. The reception was closed and when I called, I was told to park on the street. The staff does not speak English, and the next morning at checkout, the gentleman was very rude, insisting the secure parking is “subject to availability” when the English version of the website clearly has no such limitation. If you don’t care about where you park (I very much did, as a woman traveling alone concerned about safety at night), this is a perfectly passable hotel near the airport. If you do care, be warned that you may not get the secure parking you expect, with appalling customer service to boot.

Quiet and efficient AC. Good selection at breakfast, with a lovely and helpful server lady and a pleasant breakfast area. Convenient to Schwechat airport, and quiet despite the room facing a busy road.
